My family and I bought a large pizza with two toppings from this pizza place last weekend and it was really bad. The pizza was dry, lacking cheese, and they gave me thin crust instead of the regular crust I requested. The staff was rude and the breadsticks were overcooked. I paid over $21 for this terrible pizza. I wouldn't recommend this pizza place to anyone. Due to the numerous negative reviews, this pizza place should be closed.!!!!!

Very disappointed in this place, was looking for good pizza and there was none to be found. The cheese pizza was o.k… the Philly cheese steak pizza crust was under cooked. Staff gave me blue cheese instead of ranch, and when I came in the customer service was poor and when ordering over the phone.

Awful! If I had read the reviews, I would have ordered Domino's. The crust is very underbaked. No browning at all. I was trying to support local. No second chances. Don't believe the good reviews. They must have been written by friends. Save your money.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Roma Pizza ? in Franklinton! Harold the manager was fantastic to talk with he was very sweet, helpful and just all around a good guy! I would highly recommend going to them for all your Pizza needs!! ❤️

Silly me for going back and giving them another try. I didn't like their pizza the first time, so I don't know why I thought I would like their steak and cheese sub. But my last experience wasn't this bad. Nothing about the sub was tasty. I saw steak, but I did not taste steak or cheese. Instead I got a bad aftertaste that I can only assume came from poor food storage, an unclean grill, or old grease. If this place continues to survive, it's only because it's in Franklinton, and there isn't much else. But if they don't, I would not be surprised because something is off about this place.
I ate the whole pizza lol medium 2 topping— extra cheese and mushroom. Great pricing, friendly staff. Would definitely come back!

It really is something that has to be seen to be believed. I ordered a Baked Ziti and it was impossible to eat it, the pasta was overcooked, the sauce was pathetic, it was truly incredible how they can eat there.

Im not sure whats going on with this company but i ordered online and two hours later no food. Then i called to see what was going on they say its door dash fault and there late. Not to mention when i got the food it was ice cold and he expecting a tip if i knew they were sending People food 2nd party i would have came to get it myself at least it would have been hot. There's Nothing like paying for cold food they got me this time. Wont happen again bet on it !!! Ridiculous i gave them a 2 only because at one point it was decent

We ordered several pizzas to go and arrived on time to pick up my order, but had to wait over 15 minutes to get my order. The pizza was hot and tasty. It was a busy evening rush so I understand the delay and appreciate their communication throughout. Will be back.
