The food was phenomenal and the service was right on point. The owner and the manager are both great and very helpful! The restaurant was clean and well maintained. It was overall a great experience. Would recommend to everyone I know!

I called in a large cheese pie and an order of mozzarella sticks the girl tells me 20 minutes and gives me a number. We go pick it up and the girl says they don’t have an order for that. They say another 20 minutes the girl also had an attitude with me instead I should be upset of what happened. They don’t even offer a discount or anything not even say I’m sorry this happened! After waiting for another pizza it wasn’t even cooked it was all dough! I bring it back in and still the girl continues to have an attitude with me to be honest this girl shouldn’t be working with the public she has no customer service skills and no sympathy or remorse of what happened. This was one of the worse experiences I have encountered in my life I would never recommend this place to anyone after this. I really hope they end up going out of business! The food was also terrible on top of this I refuse to pay for garbage food, and customer service!

Over the top amount of oil and grease on the pizza. Mystery grey ham on the pizza. Sever showed no concern for our distaste for pizza. Pretty much a group of kids running the place. Kid with his ear pod in as a host. Super frustrating meal experience

We had Anna’s special pizza and eggplant parmigiana with salad. Lots of food and good flavors. Fast service, and servers are courteous. Only wish is that they’d serve a larger selection of local beers.

We took a large party for a birthday celebration on a Friday evening. We had called ahead and they were prepared for us. Our server was extra attentive, and provided everything we needed. The food was piping hot, fresh and excellent. We ordered pizza, garlic knots and pasta. Everyone enjoyed the meal. It was a great experience!

We had been to Anna’s Pizzeria before and liked their pizza dough and flavors, so we chose to dine again on a Friday night. The service from our waitress was excellent, she was nice, attentive and very good at her job. We left a good tip. The disappointment started when we asked for olive oil as a topping to our spinach pizza and what I assumed was the chef, came out and told us they didn’t have olive oil and only use soy oil!!! They have olive oil listed as an ingredient in their Bianca pizza on the menu. When we told them their menu was misleading, the chef didn't say anything. An Italian restaurant without olive oil??? Ok! The pizza tasted good and we ate it. Then we ordered the donuts (5) to find a hair in one, we returned the order and the item was removed from the bill. There were also too many fruit flies inside the restaurant, flying around our table. When the bill came out we try to use our GoPlaySave coupon for the dinner item buy one get one off to find out Pizza is NOT a dinner item!!! So we could not use it. I don’t think we would choose Anna’s next time for our Friday pizza night. I know it is hard for restaurants to avoid raising prices anymore but this is not a cheap pizza! $16 for a 12”. We always read ingredients when going to the supermarket when buying groceries, but restaurants are not required to state all of the ingredients?!!! Their menu is misleading. it makes no sense!
