I ordered take-out but let me tell you I toke a glance around this place and to be fast food and compared to other fast food restaurants I was very impressed at how clean it looks inside and out.Also, impressed on how fast my order was made. Coming back for sure!
I like their Ruben sandwiches and jalapenos poppers.

The young guy at the counter should be promoted. He has great interpersonal skills, and informed me of a special they were running, which equaled more food and cheaper pricing than what I had picked. Honestly even if I get my food and it wasn’t the greatest, the customer service still exceeds what I expect from fast food restaurants. Good management, clean bathroom as well.

The service at this location is better than a few of the steakhouses I’ve visited in Raleigh. Friendly and always smiling. I will continue to go to this location just for that reason. Food is great as well.
Kid-friendliness: The best service in Fuquay. Go visit the competition on that road they won’t compare.
Now that Chic-fil-a has one drive through lane they are starting to become impossible, terrible. Burger King everyone working is waiting to clock-out and go home. The requirement at Cookout is that you have to scream at the customers and make them want to leave as soon as possible. I go there and it happens every time. It’s like a Seinfeld episode. The Taco Bell, well it’s terrible and expensive.

Food is always great. Though I wish there were less overcooked curly fries. I end up tossing a third of the box because they are overcooked.
There seems to be great turn around there, as I go back to see the person who gave me great service only to find the entire staff is different except for the management. It's understandable they might have people working at different times or days. But to not see one of the cashiers or cooks that were there any of the previous times I visited makes me wonder about the work conditions.
Also, tables aren't always cleaned off. And when they are, it's with a towel and no sanitizer. I have only seen the tables cleaned once by a manager. She wiped everything on the floor, then swept it up. I have extensive experience in restaurants. I know what is required for cleaning tables.
Food is always hot and ready within minutes of ordering. And tastes great. Which is the main reason I go. I always ring the bell on the way out to thank them for such excellent service.
Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors or room for a wheelchair to enter the building or go through the queue line. There is handicap parking (as required by law), but no curb access I could see or wide enough door for a traditional wheelchair to fit.
Great burger, cooked perfectly. Hot when I picked it up just like the fries.

I had to come home and put a review up for this Arby’s location. My husband and I took our Grandma today for lunch. Upon entering we were greeted kindly by a male worker at the front. Ordered and they were so polite and manners. Got our food quickly and so good. As we ate I noticed this same male working told another customer bye but knew his name and called him Sir as well. Just so respectful. Then another lady same thing! Must be his regulars and I can see why. This place was SO clean too! I can’t say enough good kudos to this location. Fast food now days and people just overworked I get it but this place is not letting the pace of this crazy world get to them. Every time someone left they rang the bell? so my husband and Grandma did too on the way out! They thanked us and told us to have a good day!?

The cashier inside the place an old lady was so disrespectful. I came in to pick up an order and before i even get to tell her the name on the order she interrupts me and says the order is not ready yet. Like i have not even said the name of my order yet and she gets rude and snaps at me saying it’s not ready yet
Best Arby's in the area! Clean, fast, consistent and delicious food.
Vegetarian options: They have the meats, not the veggies.
