OMG, the manager Nunzia is amazing. She is so welcoming and extremely attentive to my needs as a customer. Her personality is very friendly and makes my experience so enjoyable. She works very hard, and her staff are just as friendly and welcoming. I come to Aviator because of the atmosphere and customer base. Her leadership is displayed throughout the staff and is the reason I keep coming back.

We had wings and the Bourbon burger. Both arrived cold and listless. Very little seasoning on fries. Wings were overcooked and burger was as well. Disappointingy slow service. Sweet tea had very little sugar. Parking was easy, and the location is good.

I hadn’t been to Aviator in a while so I figured I would try the new spot. It’s a cool setup and the wings were good, but the waitress let our drinks run out, brought my beer out when I was done with the food, and charged us for their accidental extra side. She even said “I think y’all just got a free side” and continued to charge us for that side. There were flies hovering around the table the entire time, inside, at the farthest table from the door. The fries were room temp and the beer under the “cold beer list” was served at warmer than a beer out of the fridge. It’s a shame because the environments they created are pretty cool. Most of the beer is good, but they could really benefit from a boost in training their servers. The menu does not match what is in their system and the server disagreed with us about it. The POS said one side with 18 wings, but the menu clearly states 2 sides. Won't be back. They don't care about improving their business or providing good service.

*ITS A LONG ONE BUT NEEDS TO BE KNOW * We are from out of town. This place was recommended to me by my brother who lives locally. So my family(me, my husband, and my 8 year old) and my sister’s family went and was sat outside the restaurant. The weather quickly changed and a storm rolled in. We asked our waitress (who was amazing), if we could be moved inside. She said "absolutely, no problem". In the process of moving inside, another waiter got on to her and said "you are going to have to deal with my mom", then told her nobody else could come inside. She was addressed by at least one other staff for letting us go inside. We get inside and there is not one single customer seated inside. The lights inside were flickering like they had an electrical problem. We got seated at a table and the bottom falls out outside and the wind starts blowing really hard. The patio that was slap full of people and dogs for that matter, run inside to get out of the rain. So after our waitress was got onto by more than one of the staff, now your restaurant that you don't want people inside of, is now full of people and dogs (not service dogs). We were still uncertain why our waitress got in trouble for allowing us to move inside. So when we got our checks we asked to speak to the owner or manager. Shortly after letting our waitress know we would like to speak to the manager, one of the boy waiters (managers son), came thru several times and jumped down the stairs right at our table slamming his feet on the floor loudly (almost seemed intentional). Then the same guy and another staff member came back thru behind our table (and more importantly directly behind my 8year old), and loudly on the floor around customers, said "f@$k everybody else". That would be the moment my husband saw red and told those boys they don't need to be talking like that walking behind our kid or any kid. Then like 2 more male staff come out ready to fight (excuse me little skinny red headed boy that looked like my 8 year old could whoop (sit down hunnie) and bigger guy with flat billed hat)). ummmm my husband was just letting the potty mouth boy know he needs to watch how he is talking on the floor with customers and their kids. The manager (The potty mouth boy's mama) finally came to our table to talk and asked if they could speak outside. So my husband and brother-in-law respectfully go outside with her to discuss the issues we had. Meanwhile the 4 staff members that were ready to fight inside when my husband just wanted them to watch their mouth, step outside as well and stared or tried to intimidate, whatever they were trying to do. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! The excuse was that they weren’t referring to us in their conversation, that they were talking about baseball. I’m sorry, it doesn’t matter what they were talking about, they shouldn’t have been talking that way on the floor around customers in a professional establishment. PERIOD! To say this place is one of the most poorly ran establishments i have ever been to is an understatement. The manager offered to take care of our bill next time if we came back and gave that place another chance. I’ll pass! Never again ✌🏼 Oh almost forgot, my husband said his chicken wings were great. Their ranch sucks- too much green onion. The rest of the food wasn’t anything to write home about.

This place is a disaster and hate that we wasted our money eating here. One person ordered chicken salad and after 30 minutes of ordering, they told us they were out of it. Our food should have already been out by then (maybe 3 other tables in the restaurant at the time). One persons burger came out cold, one person had to spit out there tater tots because they tasted like chemicals, and one person had to spit out their Turkey sandwich because it was so gross. Had to go to the bar to get the servers attention since he was just sitting there on his phone. Manager didn’t seem to care about a thing other than dancing her way around the place. Won’t ever go back.

We stopped in for a quick appetizer and drink while out shopping. Ordered the "I'm Loaded Tots" and Cheese curds. Both were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them.

Where to begin…. The worst dining experience in my 40 years of life! Service was terrible. Manager was not interested in our concerns at all. Food was terrible and burnt and cold! We were there for 3 hours!! Only half of our party’s meals came out when the food was brought to the table. 7 people’s meals were missing. The waitress had to reorder all 7 of these meals. We were told these meals would be comped but then the staff questioned us when it was time to pay. We had to help her with the separate tickets at the end of the night. It wasn’t just the server that made the experience so terrible, it was everything, every single part. Someone in our party ordered a beer that had an unidentifiable object in it. Looked like a loogie! I could go on and on and on. But after 3 hours spent there tonight I’ve had enough. I just hope that the owners are able to fix these issues and customers in the future (not us!) don’t have to go through the same experience.
