Aviator Brewing Tap House & Kitchen

This has to be one of the cutest, nicest and friendest places we have ever had an incredible dinner at. The staff makes you feel super welcome and like friends instantly. The atmosphere at the outside bar was so relaxing. The best is the food 🥗. I had a Cobb salad and my hubby had the nacho chips. Both had chicken on them that was cooked with some kind of seasoning that was perfect. They have I think home made ranch too, which was very good! The only thing we did not know at first is the patio is super dog 🐕 friendly. We could have brought our furr baby to enjoy dinner with us, which we will next time for sure 😊 They also have gas fire pits outside to warm you up 🔥. The restaurant, trains 🚂 next door running and the wonderful little town is so charming we felt like we had found a perfect fall 🍂 Hallmark town !!!

My husband and I came here because I read this place was dog friendly. I wanted to review this restaurant to say they were exceptional with our service and my puppy. The waitress, I can't recall her name but it started with a C, was so sweet to my Lulu. She was very attentive to our needs as well. The food was great! My husband said best fries ever. Thank you for caring for us so well.

If I could put zero stars I would. I used to work here and it’s so sad how bad service has gotten! & watch your accounts because their bartenders like to charge you twice & change your tip which is illegal and will be handled with the appropriate people along with filing a police report, especially because it’s happened to me more than once and they refuse to show you the tip slips after the fact. If you wanna get over on someone, don’t try someone who worked there. I will never spend another dime at this location. You want good service and trustworthy people go over to the bar with the plane, they’ve always been amazing & never have to worry about the staff stealing from you.

Great patio space, the atmosphere is relaxed. Ninzia is such a pleasure! We will definitely be back.

I came with my son and a colleague and they messed up our order. They brought out the wrong order and the waitress told us to wait for the correct order and said that they would make it right. Later on, the manager came out and charge us for the wrong order. We decided to take the food to go and went to the restroom and when we came back the manager said they had disposed of the rest of the order (this is just not right why are you charging us for the wrong order to begin with?). They just didn’t make it right. This is not a customer service experience I would not come again if I wanted a nice experience.

Where do I begin? Inside was empty. Sat outside. No service for 20 minutes. Had to ask. Order was wrong. Never got my food and was attempted to be handed the bill? I spoke up and asked to speak to the manager. What a joke. She was vaping and hanging at the bar. I thought she was a customer. After explaining the situation she treated me as if comping the bill for food I never received was her doing me a favor. That being said. I left. This is all after we went across the street first and we're greeted by every table being dirty and the poor girl at the front looking confused as to where we could sit in an empty restaurant.

Aviator owns this block and it's absolutely pathetic. I feel sorry they are able to monopolize this location.

We came through during a Fuquay event. Pizza was terrible. Bartender let us know that they didn't have anymore pepperoni pizza so they took slices of cheese, added pepperoni and cooked it. It was hard enough to cut my mouth. Bartender did ask why i didnt say anything. I wasn't looking for a freebie. We were never checked on until after it was all said and done anyways and i feel i shouldn't have to get the attention of our server. During the visit i noticed another pizza coming out of the the oven that was burnt and they tried to cut off the burnt stuff. The only reason it was remade was because the bartender heard me say something and she told them to remake it. This was 100% terrible pizza. Not the first time but i figured we would give it another shot as its a locally owned company and i am a small business owner. I cant say enough on how bad the food was again. Beer was good but you all need to do better.
