Ordered a to go pizza here. Pizza was good. Staff and service was great. On Monday you get a free small pizza up to 2 toppings when you buy a large.

Gave em one more shot and yet again the kitchen is closed! It’s Saturday night people! How does this place monopolize the area but can’t serve the night life?

Very fun spot recently upgraded. Apps were wonderful. Beer was cold and fresh and house seltzer were great. Live music was awesoem. Highly recommended.

Tried Aviators Pizza tonight, sat for 20 minutes, no service so we left. Not busy at all, plenty of staff just walking around, looking but woudnt wait on the multiple families. See the many complaints on the same thing, suprising the management continues allowing this. Unfortunate, the food is great when you can get it..

Waitress was not well trained!

I hadn’t been to Aviator in a while so I figured I would try the new spot. It’s a cool setup and the wings were good, but the waitress let our drinks run out, brought my beer out when I was done with the food, and charged us for their accidental extra side. She even said “I think y’all just got a free side” and continued to charge us for that side. There were flies hovering around the table the entire time, inside, at the farthest table from the door. The fries were room temp and the beer under the “cold beer list” was served at warmer than a beer out of the fridge. It’s a shame because the environments they created are pretty cool. Most of the beer is good, but they could really benefit from a boost in training their servers. The menu does not match what is in their system and the server disagreed with us about it. The POS said one side with 18 wings, but the menu clearly states 2 sides. Won't be back. They don't care about improving their business or providing good service.

We visited Aviator tonight for pizza. After 15 minutes of sitting at our table without any service, we decided to leave. As we were about to go, I informed the hostess that the menus and silverware were still on the table, and we were leaving because we hadn’t been waited on. Her response was incredibly rude and dismissive, as she simply said, “Okay?”, with a stuck-up look.

We have always enjoyed their pizza during our few visits, but this experience left us very disappointed.

Austin is the world's best bartender/server. High quality food and service, Austin paid attention to every detail and didn't let my drink sit empty ever. He is a highly respectable young man, and has me convinced to return soon in the future

*ITS A LONG ONE BUT NEEDS TO BE KNOW * We are from out of town. This place was recommended to me by my brother who lives locally. So my family(me, my husband, and my 8 year old) and my sister’s family went and was sat outside the restaurant. The weather quickly changed and a storm rolled in. We asked our waitress (who was amazing), if we could be moved inside. She said "absolutely, no problem". In the process of moving inside, another waiter got on to her and said "you are going to have to deal with my mom", then told her nobody else could come inside. She was addressed by at least one other staff for letting us go inside. We get inside and there is not one single customer seated inside. The lights inside were flickering like they had an electrical problem. We got seated at a table and the bottom falls out outside and the wind starts blowing really hard. The patio that was slap full of people and dogs for that matter, run inside to get out of the rain. So after our waitress was got onto by more than one of the staff, now your restaurant that you don't want people inside of, is now full of people and dogs (not service dogs). We were still uncertain why our waitress got in trouble for allowing us to move inside. So when we got our checks we asked to speak to the owner or manager. Shortly after letting our waitress know we would like to speak to the manager, one of the boy waiters (managers son), came thru several times and jumped down the stairs right at our table slamming his feet on the floor loudly (almost seemed intentional). Then the same guy and another staff member came back thru behind our table (and more importantly directly behind my 8year old), and loudly on the floor around customers, said "f@$k everybody else". That would be the moment my husband saw red and told those boys they don't need to be talking like that walking behind our kid or any kid. Then like 2 more male staff come out ready to fight (excuse me little skinny red headed boy that looked like my 8 year old could whoop (sit down hunnie) and bigger guy with flat billed hat)). ummmm my husband was just letting the potty mouth boy know he needs to watch how he is talking on the floor with customers and their kids. The manager (The potty mouth boy's mama) finally came to our table to talk and asked if they could speak outside. So my husband and brother-in-law respectfully go outside with her to discuss the issues we had. Meanwhile the 4 staff members that were ready to fight inside when my husband just wanted them to watch their mouth, step outside as well and stared or tried to intimidate, whatever they were trying to do. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! The excuse was that they weren’t referring to us in their conversation, that they were talking about baseball. I’m sorry, it doesn’t matter what they were talking about, they shouldn’t have been talking that way on the floor around customers in a professional establishment. PERIOD! To say this place is one of the most poorly ran establishments i have ever been to is an understatement. The manager offered to take care of our bill next time if we came back and gave that place another chance. I’ll pass! Never again ✌🏼 Oh almost forgot, my husband said his chicken wings were great. Their ranch sucks- too much green onion. The rest of the food wasn’t anything to write home about.

Soggy calamari, cold pizza and skunked wine. Yuck. We asked four different staff members for plates that never came. We finally grabbed the plates from the station ourselves. Will never return to an aviator establishment

Probably one of the worst pizzas we’ve had.
The pizza was so soggy and undercooked that when you pick up a slice the toppings were sliding off.

Pizza was top shelf ... I wanted a cherry coke or Pepsi but not having the cherry variety, upon request our server merely added grenadine and all was well ...

Only came for drinks so can’t comment on food. But what was not appreciated was the number of people smoking! No staff ever said anything. I find that appalling and won’t come back for that reason.
