The customer service is pretty good! The food could improve. Every time I have been here, they are missing something from the menu. Also, most of the briskets that I have eaten here are more fat than meat.

I would give service a 0 if that was possible. We were ignored for 15 minutes until we complained and were assigned a sullen waitress. Service continued to be slow and food arrived cold, one order was wrong and we had to wait for it to be remade. No one ever welcomed us, offered another round of drinks or dessert.

I think this place has gone downhill. The smoked meats were great- the baked beans seemed like they were dished up an hour ago . Too thick and pasty. One of our party ordered a sandwich and asked for several components to be left off. The server wrote all that down but the kitchen failed and just piked everything on . The server dropped it and ran. He seemed more interested in the game on at the bar. We had to ask for napkins. We had to ask for plates. I have a much better experience at the pizza or the tap station. You can do better.

I tried the BBQ plate with some colleagues after work. It was good food and a nice place to hangout after work.
Beans and BBQ were good, Cole slaw was bland in this combo, not sure if it was just from all the flavor in the other foods but I wouldn't get it again.

We have been here, as well as the brewery across the street. We always have a great time visiting the Aviator locations. This visit was actually for a pre-wedding reception that we were holding, and the entire staff from the first day we started to organize the event up through the closing of the reception, were amazing. The space, the food, and the service were all as good or better than we could have expected. I would highly recommend visiting any of the Aviator establishments in the area.
