When I first found this place the food was good and the service was good, the wait time for your food has gotten crazy, I ordered 2 bagels 1 hotdog at 10:40 and did not receive my food until 11:50 and almost everyone in there was waiting the same amount which is crazy

The reviews here are hit or miss, mine was a miss. Service is rude and they messed up my order twice, the first time I came here there was hair in my food, I’m not chancing it again, I don’t recommend you should either

food is pretty okay, though some guy (I think the owner) came up and told me and my friend that we need god and then handed us some crosses. it was weird

After hearing how great this place is I wanted to try it. Huge mistake. I was the only person there getting food and the 2 girls behind the counter acted like I was a statue. They didn't ask if they could help or even acknowledge I was there. I could have walked out with arms full of cream cheese and nobody would have said anything. I will not be going back. I will find another place to give my business too.

These are fantastic bagels!!! Properly chewy, great flavor, each variety we tried was distinct and excellent. We also had rugelach, which were delicious! They were smaller than what you get in most stores, so you can have a sweet treat at the end of a meal and not feel like you just ate a huge 1,000 calorie pastry. We will happily drive out of town to get something this good.

My favorite option: pastrami egg and cheese on a toasted jalepeno cheddar bagel
Tried to order bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. They first tried to give me a bowl instead of a roll. We corrected him and clearly told him bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. He then put it in as pork roll. We corrected him again and somehow when it came out, I still got pork roll, egg, and cheese. The roll was awful and tasted stale as well. So I went up to the counter and the girl was so rude and tried to tell me it was because it was a hard roll. I told her I knew what a hard roll was and that was not it. I ate them for 18 years growing up in NJ. She did finally just give me bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. For the price, it should’ve been way better than what we got. The donuts tasted stale as well. It’s def gone down hill since they started as Bagels Plus. There are much better options in Cary and Raleigh.Don’t waste your money here.

Food here is great. It can get packed during weekends, but still worth it for the best bagels in the region.

If you're craving bagels in the area, this is pretty much your only option for something resembling authentic, quality bagels. And yes, they are good—fresh, chewy, and satisfying. But getting the perfect bagel experience here is a bit of a gamble.
The service is hit-or-miss. The staff are generally nice and do their best, but they seem to get overwhelmed easily, especially during busy hours. It’s not uncommon for your order to come out wrong, whether it's the wrong bagel, wrong topping, or an extra sprinkle of chaos.
And let’s talk about the cream cheese—there's either enough to drown a small child or barely enough to taste. Consistency just isn’t their strong suit.
The elephant in the room? The owner. While the staff are pleasant and seem to try, the vibe takes a hit when the owner is around. Let’s just say they don't exactly bring the warm, welcoming energy you’d hope for.
Bottom line: This place is worth a visit because it’s your best (and only) option for good bagels in the area. But brace yourself for a bumpy ride and hope for the best.
