Wanted to buy an ice cream. “We are not selling ice cream today because the power might go out.”, says the teen. Huh? They also had no selection of doughnuts. Why stay open?

This Baskin Robbins is one of the worst I have ever been in. Needs cleaning, often out of ice cream flavors, toppings, brownies, and employees do not know how to make the sundaes

YIKES!!! this location is horrible and after reading the reviews from over 10 years ago, nothing has changed. The customer service was embarrassing- very rude people working there. They literally have NO icecream or toppings. DO NOT GO HERE!! the inside is also very disgusting and the lady at the front did not even give us a spoon for the ice cream.

I called in a special order for a birthday cake for a birthday girl that needs to eat gluten free, which meant just two layers of ice cream - no crunch and no cake - plus frosting and decoration. The person responsible for cake-decorating in the area called me and communicated the order to person making the cakes at this location. It was ready when I arrived and everything was perfect. Thank you so much for making this happen. I really appreciate it.

Horrible.It's been 4 months. They were out of stock on almost all flavors for over a month.Then they got going again and ran out of stock again. You won't find any flavorsWent back today and decided to go in to see what flavors they have... Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with nobody even acknowledging there's someone waiting.Absolute worse at everything.

I arrived a little after 6:00pm. Doors were locked. Workers inside but doors locked up. Hours on the door said open until 900 pm.

Smells like vomit

The employees literally stood there talking to each other instead of serving us. We stood there for over 5 min while they ignored us. The ice cream had no labels.

The worst service, everything dirty, stinky, the mantecados all frozen, I asked to try the pralain one and it was old, I haven't gotten a baskin robin here that's good

I have tried to order from them 3 separate times, and every time they cannot complete the order due to lack of ingredients. There's no point in trying this dump.

We were looking forward to getting some ice cream. No one approached us even after I asked if anyone was serving ice cream after waiting 5 minutes. A lot of the servers were talking amongst themselves and with some friends - some in full view of our presence. The ice cream did not look fresh in a number of the containers and there were empty containers as well. This location is not a good representative for the company! If I could, I would have given 0 stars!

The employees were friendly and helpful but the ice cream was terribly freezer burnt
