The portion size of a double scoop is way too less for 6$. No wonder there is no customer during busy hours. Please go to a local ice cream shop for better taste and quantity for the money.

This place never has anything. Whoever runs it has no business in doing so. I used to feel bad when I went in and no one was ever there, but now I see why. They never have anything

I placed an order for an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. When I arrived to pick it up I was told “oh I’m sorry. We should have called you. The cake fell apart in the freezer. “ Then, they proceeded to give us a refund and slight discount on another cake (not the one he wanted), but accidentally charged our card for it. So, we not only had to wait for one refund in our bank account but two. They seriously need some better management.

Our town Fuquay Varina does not deserve such horrible customer service and horrible workers that will not update any of the food delivery apps with what they have and what is not available, just like all other places do. Whoever is the owner must not care. However we as a town like the basking Robins Ice cream and we want it ran as it should. It is impossible to have the best ice cream and then let your store get ruined by horrible customer service and upkeep. I will start looking into this deeper and I wish to find the owners phone number soon so I can talk to them. WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS DOING THIS TO THE PEOPLE OF THIS AMAZINBG TOWN. I had a house full of kids waiting for an order of 6 pints of ice cream and they got nothing. How do you fix this?

Replacing cashiers with self serve kiosks is messed up already but when those kiosks don't have your full menu and force you to spend $8 on a latte because they don't have the basic iced coffee it's just blatantly greedy.

Just no.

Should have gone to Dairy Queen. They were out of everything.

Wanted to buy an ice cream. “We are not selling ice cream today because the power might go out.”, says the teen. Huh? They also had no selection of doughnuts. Why stay open?

This Baskin Robbins is one of the worst I have ever been in. Needs cleaning, often out of ice cream flavors, toppings, brownies, and employees do not know how to make the sundaes

YIKES!!! this location is horrible and after reading the reviews from over 10 years ago, nothing has changed. The customer service was embarrassing- very rude people working there. They literally have NO icecream or toppings. DO NOT GO HERE!! the inside is also very disgusting and the lady at the front did not even give us a spoon for the ice cream.
