I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today. I purchased two 4‑piece meals, but after leaving the location I noticed the chicken had a strange odor. I immediately returned to request a refund.
The manager offered to replace the food with a fresh order, and I handed the original bag back. However, when I received the replacement, I was only given one 4‑piece meal and my side item was missing. After already dealing with food that did not seem fresh, receiving an incomplete and incorrect replacement order was extremely frustrating. I am very disappointed with the service.
I bought the tailgate. The sweet 1/4 sweet tea, mash potatoes, gravy, and dirty rice had to be trashed. The chicken was good. The sweet tea 1/4 didn't taste normal, it was old and had a weird taste to it, I had to spit it out. The gravy had a pretty bad smell, the closer you got it to your nose the worse, I'm glad I didn't eat it, the mashed potatoes was the same. The dirty rices super wet and slimey thrashed right way. The Mac and cheese was good. I've passed through there multiple times during lunch and had not experienced this, I guess like most people say it just depends who's working there, I'll probably never pass through there at night again, smell your food before you eat it.

I lOVE Bojangles, if I had to choose a first date spot for someone, it would be Bojangles, the tenders are BOMB! The biscuits are DELICIOUS, this location especially is great! The workers are pretty kind, and they always make my food wonderful! (Sometimes slip in 5 Tenders in my 4 piece supreme!) definitely come here and eat up, because anytime is Botime!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! I went in to get my order and the line went very quickly, and as soon as I was at the end still waiting on my food, Shannon gave me my drink and a straw while I was waiting in case I needed a refill, and even went so far as to offer me a second cup with extra soda for a refill since I was taking it to go. This was WITHOUT being asked!!! I've never had such a great customer experience at a fast food restaurant from employees who work promptly, well, and genuinely take pride and care about their customers. To Shannon, and the team, THANK YOU! Y'all are doing a great job!

I got takeout from Bojangles this evening. Ordering Cajun filet biscuit combos, food was pretty good.
Downside: customer service. This place needs to work on a smiling face and someone who is not argumentative at the drive thru area. Experiencing this this evening, I was surprising at the glare I got from the person working drive thru. This makes it tough to want to go back through drive thru but could learn from the experience.
Something had changed here....and only for the better!! We tried this place about yeo years ago and were highly underwhelmed and had no desire to go back. I just happened to be craving fried chicken (not wings and tendies which is pretty much the only thing around) and no church's, KFC, or Popeyes was around, so we figured we'd give BoJa another try. I'm so glad we did! The chicken was juicy, crispy, and had a nice flavor. Mash was phenomenal by itself, nice and buttery tasting, and was only improved with the white cajun gravy. Cajun rice was good but needed more oomph, which Cholula provided just fine. So, whatever y'all did since the last visit, keep it up....bc were absolutely coming back on a regular!

I went through the drive-thru and purchased the chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was tough as if it had been sitting out for a few ours and was cold. Maybe was a bad time. There were several customers at this location.

We almost didn't stop because the drive-through line was so long. To our surprise, it didn't take long at all to get through the line. Great management in getting the orders out. The guy outside taking orders was nice. Suggestion, get the outside guy some shade or a neck fan.
