I go here because the chicken is usually hot during lunch and fast at the drive-thru. They got my order wrong a few times, but I ate it anyway. My chicken didn't look good twice when I went around 2pm, your safe if you go around lunchtime.

I loved the "Bojangler" fish sandwich while it lasted. But why in the world would Bojangles cancel that sandwich--->right before Good Friday? That would have been the most popular day, to eat fish.

Arrived at 9:30 and they ran out of biscuits and also ran out of wings which are my favorite. I ordered a super family tailgate. No and I have to feed my family without biscuits and they gave me an exercise. Only one. I don't recommend going to this place. Trusting that your family is going to eat well. Came to Bojangles for the chicken and who orders chicken without biscuit. Not happy with spending $38.00.

I don't normally leave reviews for fast food, but the Fuquay Bojangles deserves another good mark.I've been getting my daily fix of a breakfast sandwich and sweet tea for a few weeks now, and everytime it's been an absolute pleasant experience in drive thru. If there's ever a long line, they do a good job at hustlin to get everyone through. I've never had an issue with them understanding my order through the speaker, and they're extremely efficient at the pickup window. Handing me my drink as I hand them my card, handing me my bag, then giving my card back... I mean, the whole interaction is maybe 10 seconds at most, and the staff is so courteous and happy and smiling. It might seem trivial, but those little things go a long way for customers and it doesn't go unnoticed.Whoever they have working at this location, I hope the company takes care of them because they need to keep those folks.Thanks Fuquay Bojangles! I appreciate everything you do!
