Walked in at 945. No one at the counter, three people in the back, but even tho they looked at me and saw me, but they didn't serve me. Stood there for ten minutes, then went to the bathroom, which was disgusting. Urinal was clogged, water all over the floor, and toilet wouldn't flush. Horrible.

Order made through DoorDash. Delivery was picked up immediately and delivered quickly. No complaints with DoorDash or driver. Ordered whopper jr and chicken sandwich special, bogo free. Hamburger was fresh, lettuce tomato and all were fresh. So rated store great. When we opened a chicken sandwich the lettuce was brown…yes brown! Wilted lettuce, and it was clear they opened a pre made sandwich put onions in it and packed them. Took a bite after taking the “lettuce “ off. The bread tasted old. I’ve gone drive through at this fuquay store and it’s inconsistent with most of the time being poor quality. Please Apex owner fire the entire store and start fresh because the mindset permeates everyone currently there. Called to complain…no one answered. It’s after the lunch hour rush.

Ordered a Whopper for my wife, got home and in the whopper package was a cheeseburger. Called the manager to complain, he said he was too busy for me. I am the customer a good manager has always has time for a customer.! Burger King has fallen down in service. I will never go to a Burger King again!!!
