Yes, I've stopped by this burger King with my wife and I, and noticed the line outside by the drive thru wasn't moving to tuff so we decided to go inside.i think the lady there was a manager trying to work drive thru and the register.when finally got waited on.it took a while to receive the food.i heard her say they was short staff,and the lights kept flickering inside the restaurant and I heard her tell the customers by the lights acting up she couldn't serve them.but my thing is if u don't have enough people working.why not close the dinning hall and just work the drive thru.i guess that explains why there were some food on the floor and fries outside there design area to be served and not just pushed back in the warmer.and I don't understand why when ordering a combo over $11 they give you a size small cup for the combo.i ordered a double whopper with cheese combo, and my wife ordered the whopper with cheese combo and they both came with small cups.for the money spent really don't understand the service.they need to change the drink size in the pictures with the combos in showing kids drinks.the commercial on tv doesn't even show small drinks when showing whoppers, that's what made burger King.

Bill was extremely nice and really really friendly and helped us with my grandson. Find the toys that he wanted for the happy meal and he couldn’t ask for a nicer guy and a great employee! Other staff were friendly too.

they always fail to get orders correct. ordered a plain jr whopper and 2 normal cheeseburgers and received 3 regular cheeseburgers with everything on them. this is unacceptable and is obviously due to carelessness. they were also slow even though it was 3pm with no dinner or lunch rush, please do better!

Every time we go there the food is ok. Fries not salty enough, burgers excellent, but the drinks seems like no one changes out the bibbs. Ive worked for a gas station before and had to change them out so I know what the soda tastes like. The diet coke I got today was nothing but carbonation there was no flavor at all almost like a watered down sprite and should have been diet coke. This is not my first time complaining to them about the sodas being too much carbonation. There is absolutely no flavor. Yall need to try it for yourself before serving. Not happy at all.

This location is terrible. Wrong orders passed out. Stale burger buns. Rude staff. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. If you're ever by Wake Med hospital in Cary, try that location. Its 5 stars!
