We got food poisoning from eating here, we’ve tried it several times and it’s always had something wrong, stale chips, poor service, portion sizes inconsistent, but after getting sick, we won’t be back.

Check your take out order before leaving. My order included an chips and salsa, but I only got salsa with no chips and didn't realize until I made the 15 minute drive home.

Place looks so dirty with unclean tables, dirty floors and trash.

Amazing food, Amazing Service, Amazing Atmosphere, 5/5 stars every category. I go here so often I've started learning the employees shifts. I know secrets about the restaurant that not even the managers know. The Brisket Incident of June 9th, 2019? I saw it all. TL;DR I love the food service and atmosphere, perfect 5/5.

was kindly greeted by staff upon walking in the doors and they made our order super quick and gave good portions.

we got a burrito, bowl, and a coke. this location provided consistency on what chipotle should taste like. it definitely craved my craving. the man who helped my wrapped my burrito perfectly. i almost didn’t want to eat it cause it was that perfect!

the lobby had a few dirty tables but we did manage to find a clean one. would come again to this location.

Great food and great staff. Came in with a last minute catering request and they put it together for me and got us everything we needed.

Not sure who runs this location but I’m surprised they are still in business. There is literally alway something wrong with their food. Last time my burrito barely had any chicken that I had to check my recipe to see if they gave me a veggie burrito on accident. Tonight, I decided to give it one last shot after vowing never to eat there again. But somehow it was even worse this time. The rice was so salty and the chicken so burnt that it was not even edible. I can’t believe they think it’s ok to serve that! Oh and don’t even bother calling the restaurant because the call will never go through. Stay away from this location!!

I have been ordering from Chipotle (Fuquay-Varina) for more than 7 years. I worked in Cary and would order on my way home. It was my favorite place to order. The service was fast and the customer service was great and I would pass by other Chipotle locations. But my last 5 pickup orders of burritos and burrito bowls have been less than the standard burrito size. Today the label is almost larger than the burrito. I’ve been to other locations while traveling for work and haven’t had this experience. After 5 concessions I won’t give up on chipotle as a whole but I will be foregoing the Fuquay Varina @ Sunset Lake location.

Food is good but they definitely give you the least amount of food possible. Its ridiculous because their prices are increasing and they give you less food.
