Speaker apparently needs fixed can’t hear what employees says.. Also it seemed like he was too busy talking to other employees .. I’ve been here before food & service was good. Today food was terrible, hamburger was soooo small & thin, slaw had no taste.. Most likely not going back.

they got my order wrong and when I went to the widow and told them in a kind matter and the lady at the window was nice but the white lady with a tattoo on her neck says “HES MAKING IT” yelling in my face and shuts the window in my face and gives me a stank face So please fire that lady because why was she rude to me mind you I’m a minor which im a kid

Took the outside lane to order and for Over 10 mins with no response from inside. The police car that was waiting behind me pull off. If the business can not run two lanes at a time close one. I will not go back for a while.

shaunta is a terrible worker. she slammed the door in my face 3 times and did not help with anybody’s needs. i waited 30 minutes just to ask for a slice of cheese. i in fact did not get the cheese. they threw my food away in front of me and did not give me a full refund. i tried to speak on my emotions and got the door slammed on my face not once but 4 times. i have never experienced such a bad environment in my life. shaunta is a terrible worker fire her. there was also a man with long dreads who was so insanely rude. the restaurant reeked of weed and the workers were talking badly about everyone in front of their face. nobody got their food for a good 45 minutes. this cookout honestly needs to be shut down or get new management. clearly management is struggling due to the attitudes of every single worker present.
A quick easy stop to eat and get back on the road.

It's watermelon shake season so I go as often as possible. The crowd was heavy Thursday night - both drive-thru lanes were backed up. Unusual. I love these shakes, but the one on Thursday was a little salty and the watermelon needed to be cut up a bit smaller. Of course, I ate the whole thing 😂
