If you want CookOut... This is not it.
Fuquay CookOut is the worst one.

Ordered food and received someone else's order.

To top it off I was in the drive through listening to the workers berate one another.

I ordered from the drive thru. The food was well prepared. I had a cheeseburger with fixings, fries and onion rings. The peach milkshake was great too

One of the worse cookouts in the states. This place is a sad excuse for a fast food place. Customer service is sad. Manager cussing out her employees and acting very unprofessional. Got my order wrong but ignored me and wouldn’t fix it.

This has been one of the more affordable places to grab a quick bite to eat. We were very disappointed when Cook Out removed relish as an available condiment. A hotdog without relish is like a cheeseburger without cheese. It would be interesting to know what went into that decision. ????

I've been to quite a few cookouts and this one has got to be one of the worst.
- Lines are constantly long.
- lots of rude people
- orders wrong
- Food quality is never consistent. More often bad.
- Half the time we go, the soda is flat.
- Cashier's have tried to prevent the drive-thru timer by telling you to not pull up until they flag you up.

I went to this cookout on my lunch
I got my food and Park the car to eat while I was sitting in the car, I saw a cookout employee go into the restroom with his apron on. He was also smoking a cigarette, when he walked back out the cigarette was still lit and the apron was still on.

Stopped to grab lunch before noon. Went through the drive-through lane. Big sign that read to use both lanes. So we went to the shortest lane, waited and was told to please use the other lane and that my lane was closed.
We circled around to get back into the first line, and there were now 5 new cars ahead of us. We were patient. Then I noticed that they opened the second line. 4 cars ordered and were served their food before us. We ordered our food and waited. When we were handed our food, i asked if the 2nd line was closed until noon and explained that if they closed a lane, they should post it on their sign or remove their double lane sign.
Before I could get through a sentence, the cashier was trying to close her window and kept saying yeah whatever. I looked at her and said, "You don't care, do you. And she replied "nope" and closed the window.
I was not ugly or impatient. There was no reason to be dismissive about it.
It's not the first time this has happened at this cookout. I get that it's hard to find help, but companies will lose customers to their poor customer service. No one wants to be dismissed as they are politely explaining the situation.
We were in line for a total of 34 minutes, and a "hi, thank you for your patience as we are short staffed"

It’s been a year + since I ate at a cookout and wow what a change. The styrofoam box is tiny I guess to make the burger look normal size. It’s maybe 2 McDonald’s kids meal hamburgers. It was a little bigger than my largest onion ring :-). Food per dollar = a no go for me in the future. Great sweet tea & rings!

Went through the drive thru and the guy kept cutting me off so I was afraid my order was going to be wrong after they handed me the food I pulled off and checked it they gave me the complete wrong order . I park and go up to the window and the guy goes thank god she brought it back and took it (which since I took the order and drove off are they supposed to give it to the right customer?) he hands me my order which I had ordered a tray but there was no tray so I said there is supposed to be a tray and he gave me the biggest attitude saying this is what you ordered you didn’t order no tray. They ended up finding my tray with the receipt but he had someone else bring it to me I’m assuming because he knew he was in the wrong. I really don’t think I’ve ever had customer service this bad.

This place is hilarious but you must be prepared. I love the food and it is the only reason we go there. When you get to the menu to order in the drive through be ready to yell your order and if you don’t know what you want you’re screwed. They will hound you if you order one thing and don’t know what the other wants yet. Or if you want to add additional things they basically just make it uncomfortable that you want to get it over with as soon as possible. The menu is not your friend. It is bonkers. The colors and the pairings make no sense and will make your heart race all the while they’re yelling is that it?!?! Or I can’t hear you sir!!! You’re just trying to figure out if you want a burger tray with one side or two sides or if you want to add a milkshake and they’re yelling like the building is burning down. I wish someone told me before we went and now I’m passing it on to you. Also, when you get to the window expect more of the same with even more attitude. The way the other drive through lane cuts in front is also a bad idea. Morons will almost rip your front end off turning. It’s a weird place but the food is good. So if you like burgers and ice cream and getting screamed at, I will see you there.

Rudest window staff I’ve ever had. She yelled at me for not understanding her.
Then over charged us. Manager was right there looking incompetent.

I've been to this cookout several times, and they have never had good customer service, but what happened today is beyond disgrace. I have never been treated like this in any place. I was about to start my order, and the employee was mean from the get-go. The girl had a terrible attitude, and she didn't even take the order correctly. I just wonder what I did wrong by only trying to order. Lol. She shouldn't be treating people like that.
