Just picked up 4 trays of the 4 only 1 tray was correct. It’s crazy that the cooks could care less what is on the ticket or called out. I ordered at the window and watched and listened as he called everything out. It was all right and the receipt was correct too. The food was wrong though. Called corporate and they are sending me 2 vouchers but that sadly won’t fix the issue this location has.

I would give service a 4 but at checkout the lady asked if I ordered corn dogs, as the speaker was very static. We ordered chili cheese fries but only got cheese fries, but again the box at the menu needs service. Great shakes, corn dogs on point and kiddo still at the cheese fries. Cookout ... Do better by your staff to help them help you. JMO

The cashier shortchanged me and then said he was letting me off without paying a few cents which everyone knows chains don’t do, so basically he stole my money. Then they didn’t even really fill the food container that was extremely small anyway. The service was terrible, because either the employee can’t count, or they pocketed my change.

Great food. Great prices. Turning left out of the parking lot can be a hassle during heavier traffic so I usually turn right and go down to Sunset Lake to head back home

Cook out always has an incredible variety to satisfy every craving you might have; chicken, burgers, ice cream, tacos, corn dogs, bbq, onion rings, and more! They're open late so you can always hit one after a concert or convention and the milkshakes are some of the best around!! Their vanilla ice cream base is great on its own but the sheet number of options as add-ins has all the potential.

The wait was too long 15 minutes for chili cheese fries. The fries were cooked to hard and the chili tasted like and old can. Disgusting!!!!!

I ordered Jr Tray BLT plus 2 cot dogs and Bottled water that was on the menu. I was told they didn’t serve Bottled Water. I could have a cup of water. The speaker was obnoxious. I got home with my order and there was a wad of bacon and no lettuce or tomato. Very disappointed as I had thought about a BLT for hours before getting it. Will not return.
