Got sent the wrong order and called over 10 times and was on hold for over an hour. Awful Customer service! Paid for a meal for 3 adults and a kid and got enough food for maybe 2 people. Never buying here again!!

This Dominos is incredibly dreadful. I have had an order cancelled over three times from this store for no reason. When I try to call to see why the order was cancelled, I get sent to a call center line - even when calling the local store number. The help center will defer to the local store anyway which then leads to a menu dead end with no way to leave a voicemail, as every box is full (imagine that). Ive never had this issue at any other store and it’s so disappointing the store that is supposed to be most accessible to me is actually completely inaccessible, for a reason I can’t even figure out.

The best thing about the meal was the delivery girl ..fast and friendly.. pizza over done..bread balls..loaded with oil..pizza Bread didn't have but two or three jalapeños..my last time with fuquay Varina locations..I'll drive to Holly springs next time..

Impossible to get ahold of anyone. I’ve called back over 5 times and spend 20 minutes on hold before it disconnects. Y’all should be embarrassed. The food is cold and your two two liters short of the 3 I ordered . The mailbox for your bum gm is full as well so no voicemail.I’m going to be disputing the charge on my card and never ordering this dog food again.

Took two hours to get my food and when it arrived there were flies on it. Delivery driver Peter had a crap attitude as well which was rich considering the two hour wait time. Can’t get ahold of the store via phone. Only offered 20 percent off online.. total bs. I deserve a full refund but have no recourse to get it apparently. Not eating this cold bug pizza. Unfortunately typical of the kind of service I receive in Fuquay.
