Picked up 3 orders recently, on different occasions, all orders were prepared and handover well. One of the order has not fulled per preference, however they recognized (most important) it and compensated for it, what else i can expect!

Tried to adjust the delivery order, but gave up after 15 minutes waiting on hold trying to simply call the store. Holy smokes.
You can choose a better store. This one isnt staffed.

We order pizza every Friday and this is our go to. Pizza is always delish. The staff is kind. The only “issues” we have ever had is stuff completely out of staff control… like that are really slammed and the computer estimated time was much longer than stated in real life. There was a Friday that took over an hour but I was waiting at the store and the staff was doing everything they could to move things along quickly. It’s rare to find a decent chain and we see the same employees week over week and really appreciate their contribution to our family movie nights!!

Literally cannot get anyone on the phone. Order showed up almost 2 hours after we ordered it (Thursday night, nothing special going on) and it was cold, of course. Tried calling, nothing. Tried online, nothing. Unbelievable. Order any other dominos.

Pizza wasn't even in the oven after 45 minutes even though the estimated wait was 14-24 mins. And on top of that they don't accept $100 bills?

It seems it’s a common trend of ordering from this particular store and the order sitting in limbo for hours. I don’t know about you, but I hope you read this future patron. Don’t order from here, don’t give them the business. They don’t deserve it. It’s almost laughable at how bad it actually is. Almost criminal at this point. Save yourself and just leave this place off the list.
This crew makes the best pizza for the price and has been for a few years now. Just remember that it IS Domino's, expecting gourmet is expecting to be let down.

Got sent the wrong order and called over 10 times and was on hold for over an hour. Awful Customer service! Paid for a meal for 3 adults and a kid and got enough food for maybe 2 people. Never buying here again!!

This Dominos is incredibly dreadful. I have had an order cancelled over three times from this store for no reason. When I try to call to see why the order was cancelled, I get sent to a call center line - even when calling the local store number. The help center will defer to the local store anyway which then leads to a menu dead end with no way to leave a voicemail, as every box is full (imagine that). Ive never had this issue at any other store and it’s so disappointing the store that is supposed to be most accessible to me is actually completely inaccessible, for a reason I can’t even figure out.
