I honestly can't say anything about the atmosphere since I always go through the drive-thru. That said, the associates here are always very polite and helpful and today, when I ordered a muffin, the drive-thru person said they were out but suggested a few other items. This was great and I ended up getting a coffee roll. Even if they get an ordered mess up, they always apologize and fix it.
Ignore the bad reviews, some people will complain about the pettiest things.

Stopped here for a meeting with someone we decided to sit and talk at their outdoor seating. The table was so disgusting that it made me not even want to go inside and get anything.

The young lady there named Alexis, was very kind and had excellent customer service skills !! It was somewhat busy there and She appeared to be the only one taking orders, and kept her cool and did so with a smile. Thank you so much Alexis for making our visit such a treat!!

The shop is called Dunkin DONUTS! How are you sold out of plain glazed at 10am?! You are open for at least another 8hrs!! Not to mention I stood in line for 7min with NO help. You all took the customer in front of me, allowed me to stand at the counter for 7min, no help. Then I get outta line to order on the app (since obviously your customer service is SUBPAR). Then you immediately assist the other 2 customers that were behind me. To end it you get an attitude when I say I want a refund for the DONUTS you don’t have! Make it make sense!! This location is HORRIBLE and I will not return!

Did this wasn’t the 4th or 5th time this happened, I wouldn’t say anything. Hopefully the district manager can come sort this store out.

Took a chance Sunday morning to get my family a donut. We went inside, ordered 4 donuts for almost 9 dollars from the kiosk. We couldn't order the donut in the case because the kiosk didn't represent the actual donuts for sale. The vanilla FILLED donut that we ordered turned out to be a frosted donut with vanilla when we arrived home. None of the three employees acknowledged us at anytime during our visit. SO RUDE. Horrible Customer Service!
