The young lady there named Alexis, was very kind and had excellent customer service skills !! It was somewhat busy there and She appeared to be the only one taking orders, and kept her cool and did so with a smile. Thank you so much Alexis for making our visit such a treat!!

The shop is called Dunkin DONUTS! How are you sold out of plain glazed at 10am?! You are open for at least another 8hrs!! Not to mention I stood in line for 7min with NO help. You all took the customer in front of me, allowed me to stand at the counter for 7min, no help. Then I get outta line to order on the app (since obviously your customer service is SUBPAR). Then you immediately assist the other 2 customers that were behind me. To end it you get an attitude when I say I want a refund for the DONUTS you don’t have! Make it make sense!! This location is HORRIBLE and I will not return!

I placed an online order and you still charged for donuts even though you didn’t have them?

I could have given ZERO stars if it was possible. Horrible service. Hot coffee was served cold and when I complained I was told that the best they could do. Usually this is a 4 star place. But not any more. Never coming back.

Took a chance Sunday morning to get my family a donut. We went inside, ordered 4 donuts for almost 9 dollars from the kiosk. We couldn't order the donut in the case because the kiosk didn't represent the actual donuts for sale. The vanilla FILLED donut that we ordered turned out to be a frosted donut with vanilla when we arrived home. None of the three employees acknowledged us at anytime during our visit. SO RUDE. Horrible Customer Service!

The few times that I've been to this location, employees have been very unfriendly and unprofessional. On each occasion, I was ignored when I came in, even though the store didn't seem that busy and there were 2-3 employees working. One time when I was in there, I even heard a female employee loudly complaining to another employee about a coworker that she didn't like, which to me seemed inappropriate (especially in front of customers). It also took about 10 minutes or longer each time I came in to get my order, even for just one plain iced coffee. I will give a shout out though to the employee who apologized for the wait on the most recent visit, I do appreciate his effort.

This is now the worst dunkin in the area. Lots of staff turn-over at this place, probably from terrible management, and or terrible franchisee ownership.
*Do not trust this place, and CHECK your order as soon as you get it.* It seems like they are selling at least day old doughnuts. They will mess up your order waste your time and not even offer a reach around for screwing you.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is only one van spot so good luck getting in here.
