The food and drinks are always good but the staff here needs improvement. Yesterday I mobile ordered multiple items but was only given 2 at the drive thru. When I stated that I was missing several things the young guy asked what I was missing but barely listened, gave me 1 of the food items and randomly grabbed a drink that actually belonged to someone else. I had to pull around, go inside to return the drink and ask for the rest of my food.

About two months ago in June, I arrived at this Dunkin' after having just lost my job. I was sad, tired, hungry, hopeless, and I had been crying all day. I came inside, ordered a bagel, and went back to my car. I sat there for a while very upset, not sure where to go next so I sat there for a while. A man, I'm assuming he was the manager, came outside from the store and knocked on my window. I rolled down the window, he said I looked very sad and offered me a free donut to cheer me up. He asked me what kind I liked, and came back outside with two of them, saying he just made them fresh, and said he hopes I have a better rest of my day. This act of kindness meant the world to me at this time and I will never forget it. Thank you Fuquay Dunkin' man, you're awesome.

i literally hate this dunkin and avoid it at all costs. they take forever to make a single coffee and then the coffee tastes horrible. only good experience i’ve had is with the curly haired girl with glasses, perfect customer service and for the first time at this location my coffee tasted amazing.

Ordered delivery and it took a LONG time to get it. Munchkins were a variety of sizes from tiny to 1/2$ size when the used to be all uniform and same with the Boston Kreme donuts. Bagel minis and English muffin delicious as usual. Got some quality issues to fix at this place!UPDATE11/7/24
Boston Cream donut very small compared to the competition and packed in a bag where the chocolate transferred to the sides of the bag. If you order more than one it comes in a box 😁SEM was warm and tasted delicious. Hash Browns only 5 in my bag and they were cold, greasy and burned. Ice Latte with caramel and mocha added was also delicious. Maple Bacon Croissant sandwich is awesome!! Bacon is tender NOT tough and chewy.❤️ Croissant is fresh and flaky. Sandwich is both savory, sweet and addicting. 😋

Sparkd' Energy Drinks are wildly good!! 🤤🔥😍 I never used to go to Dunkin, other than for the occasional donut. But since this new drink was released I've gone to Dunkin sooo 👏 freaking👏 much👏😂
... So maybe don't try it 😜 cause then you'll get addicted like me 🤣
This drink is a playful jolt of energy while being hydrating and dairy free. 5/5 drink👌

Did drive thru so Atmos. Doesn't count. They had everything I ordered and all was fresh and quickly ready. Last time I was at this Dunkin, they didn't have anything I wanted , so I ended up leaving with nothing.

Charged us over $14 for 6 donuts. Questioned it, and they said that was correct. If it was, I won't be going back there. Hash browns were horrible.

Everyone working looks miserable. No one smiles except the friendly cashier. We had a sandwich that was slapped together and the cheese wasn't even melted. Our loaded hash browns were half filled and the bacon wasn't chopped up. Let's do better.

Went there today at about 1 pm and the 2 kids working there did such a wonderful job. The one boy made my coffee perfect , and the girl was super sweet and made sure all of our order was perfect. I’m so happy. Thank you so much

They gave me wrong order. Took far too long. I had to navigate wet floors. Who mopes floors 2:30 in afternoon.
? This was my third time and they still too slow and screwed up my order.
I will not be coming back.
