Every time I get ice coffee at this location, it gets worse and worse, and my daughter has reported the same experience. We won't be visiting again, unfortunately.

waited in line probably for about 10-15 minutes trying to order a scoop of ice cream from baskin robins and the workers constantly walked past us and didn’t even say anything like “we’ll be right with you” there were at least 2-3 workers and one of the workers was just talking to her friends instead of helping us. we couldn’t even use the screen to order because none of the scoops can be ordered off of it. they also only had 12 out of 31 flavors available and limited toppings. there’s a reason why we never go to dunkin or baskin robins.

Trying to pick up orders. Not ready after ten min. Walk in to see a bunch of teens hanging out no one working, no one in the store. Not sure why putting 12 donuts in a box takes over 10 min wasn’t ready when I arrived . They argued who would do it . Young man who did was very nice and kind but work ethic has gone down hill

It’s only gotten worse and worse since I moved to Fuquay 3 years ago. Some days they’re fast, others they are so slow traffic is backed up nearly to 401. But worse than wait times is the inconsistent coffee preparation. When I ask for ONE cream and an espresso shot in my coffee and it comes out white as a sheet, that’s unacceptable. I went through the drive through this afternoon. Before I ordered I asked if the refresher has any caffeine in it. I was told no, I went ahead and ordered one with lemonade. I later started getting a headache and Blood pressure went up. I am 8 mo pregnant and have a sensitivity to caffeine. Please train your staff to answer things properly or don’t answer at all. This was on the intercom so I’m sure numerous people heard this question asked. Please train, before you cause someone to not sleep.

Every time I order a caramel cappy blast they mess it up. This most recent time, drinking it tasted like they put soap in the drink and it takes an aggregious amount of time for them to even make the drink. My usual order of a large vanilla coffee has also recently been messed up every time, it's been bitter every time I order it.

The food and drinks are always good but the staff here needs improvement. Yesterday I mobile ordered multiple items but was only given 2 at the drive thru. When I stated that I was missing several things the young guy asked what I was missing but barely listened, gave me 1 of the food items and randomly grabbed a drink that actually belonged to someone else. I had to pull around, go inside to return the drink and ask for the rest of my food.
