Disappointed by Wrong Order and Terrible Service: I am a very frequent customer and I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. Last night, I purchased a drink for my wife just 20 minutes before closing. When I got home, we discovered it was the completely wrong drink, and one my wife does not like at all.Since the store was already closed, I couldn't return it. I went back today, explained the situation, and simply asked for the correct drink to be made. To my surprise, I was told I would have to pay for it again. I spoke with the manager, who was unwilling to help and stated that this was their policy.I can't believe that a mistake made by the staff is not being rectified. It's frustrating to pay for something I didn't order. As a loyal customer who visits often, I felt completely disrespected and unappreciated. This was not about the money for the drink; it was about the principle and the poor customer service. This experience has definitely made me reconsider being a frequent customer.

FiiZ is my guilty pleasure! So many options, and they are always willing to make your own concoctions too! Everyone is so sweet and they always share great recommendations. I often find myself stopping here instead of a coffee shop lol I also love that they have a drive thru when I need to be in and out quick. So happy to have a FiiZ in Fuquay

Won’t be coming here anymore. They NEVER answer the phone or return your calls, & the last few times I’ve purchased a bag of ice here, they put less & less ice in the bag.

Stellar selection of cold drinks! Creative combinations and they even got me drinking their Butter Brew which has caramel - which I've never liked! This has become a regular stop for me now. At least once a week if not more.
