I don't like to give five star ratings to places which are at exact copy of thousands of other locations, but the FV Firehouse Subs it's just freaking amazing. I work nearby and go there regularly, and I have to say the staff working there are just awesome. As is usually the case, it's the staff that allow one franchise location to stand out above the others, and they could write a master class here.
There's sandwiches are always excellent, though I have not tried their other offerings. Having been to many other Firehouse subs locations, I can say that they're portions are always appropriate at minimum, sometimes slightly greater than 😏. And the dining area is always very clean.

I’ve been here twice (6 months apart) and had the same experience both times. Rude staff and lots of errors with the food. There’s plenty of better options in town.
