This location is the absolute worst! EVERY VISIT my order is messed up. EVERY VISIT I wait more than 10 minutes (usually around 15). EVERY VISIT I'm asked to pull my car up to wait so their wait times don't look as long. Today, the order in front of is clearly got messed up with the guy working the drive through having to take her credit card twice. I waited forever, only to pull up to the window only to be grunted at by the guy working the drive through. Really? A grunt and sigh is your greeting? If you're mad about the order before me, don't take it out on me.
He them handed me my order which was wrong. After telling him it was incorrect he said that's not what I ordered. Ummm, since you made me order it twice through the speaker, I'm positive of what I ordered. After that I just drive off with one person not able to eat since their meal was missing. If you're messing up one order after another, maybe listen better and pay attention. Horrible, horrible service and I won't be back.

Listen, I’ve been to this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner to see if my rating will change. Unfortunately not! My food is always cold. My recent steak biscuit was hard as a brick and the wait is entirely too long for anything I’ve ordered. Tear it down and start over! I had to buy a second breakfast at Bojangles because my biscuit was cold, brick hard and dry! No bueno! Find somewhere else to eat!

It seems that the managers' family eats all day at Hardess, breakfast and lunch they sit as if it were their home, and the clients are waiting.
We have stopped at Hardee's twice since moving here in March on our way to AMC Holly Springs. Pleasant employees, quick & fresh eat in service‼️
