I just need everyone to know that about 10 years ago the happiest employee ever rang up my to-go order and enthusiastically proclaimed, "it's Friday, you made it!!!" with such gusto that every Friday since, my husband and I have been quoting him. Today I remarked that I wished there was a way to let him know his impact. So I thought to leave a review here lol. Maybe he still works here. Thanks hibachi guy, Fridays are forever changed because of you.
We live in Winston Salem now but ate here frequently in college! Always great food and price was right. Hope business is doing great. Happy Holidays!!

Old grease for spring rolls tasted bad, No soft drinks, ran out of sweet tea would not make more, unsweet tea was day or week old, an employee went to the rest room came out with dry hands, 2 employees sitting at only table with any room, no paper towels in bathroom.

Went to website yesterday. Ordered takeout. Went to pick up. Store closed. ChowNow took my payment. Hibachi and Company debited my account$20.37. When I called, the girl on the phone was stupid, rude, didn’t listen, and then hung up on me. Now, I have to either call my bank or see if they refund me at H&C. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Make it right H&K, and maybe I’ll be a return customer again.

Went in to order. Waited for 30 minutes to receive one hibachi meal. Another guy walked in, ordered the same thing, and was out in less than 5 minutes. No explanation for delayed service.

Carrots are mushy, the zucchini is unchewable and taste like plastic. I've never seen vegatables like this.
The meat taste old and I really think this was made last night and stored. This is not fresh and is disgusting.
I've already made myself thrown up and am legitimately concerned I may have food poisoning after eating this.

Enormous surcharge for delivery. On top of driver tip and delivery fee and service fee, each item had a $4 up charge. Filet was excellent. Chicken wasn’t my favorite. Couldn’t identify some of the veggies, and they weren’t listed anywhere (ordered online). Rice and sauce were good. Wasn’t an awful experience but I probably won’t do it again.

We’re new to the areas and always looking for restaurants with quality food and quick service. Hands down, Habachi and Co. had some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The Hibachi Grouper was especially memorable. Must try!
2 x now I've asked for extra GINGER sauce. I was CHARGED for it and I get 4 white sauces instead. Why are they doing this? What happened to the ginger and why can I not get it anymore!

Food & service is great. Just need a little improvements on their cooks. They should provide hairnets for their cooks and wear it at all times so their hair won't fall of their food. I found a couple hair strings in my food.

The food was not good to me. The chicken so dry my jaws was hurting. The wontons wasn’t good either. I’m not sure that I will try this place again. Just not real Japanese food. Had not taste at all.
