Today was the first time I have ever had a negative experience here. When I got in I saw the server/waiter at the register on the side. There was no one ahead of me needing service but she didn’t acknowledge me. She glanced but said nothing. I moved over a little and still nothing. Then a moment later she asked me what I wanted, take out or dine in? Not pleasant. No hello no smile. Just nothing. She took the order and I paid and she automatically balled up my receipt before asking if I wanted. A couple came in and she straight away greeted them and took their order with a smile. The same patron went to sit down and we spoke to one another and then chatted. She came to him and literally stood between us and started asking him for his order again. No excuse me or again acknowledging that I was present. She was rude. Once my order was ready the cook handed it to me but this woman didn’t even turn to say anything. The patrons did. They said have a great day and happy holidays, again nothing from her but her back. I probably won’t return there again. I think her name was Melissa or something.

Above and beyond customer service! I accidentally had a pizza ordered to pick up at the Apex location, and the manager at the FV location saved our entire evening by making us the pizza at their location instead. It was late, and they were close to closing, but he offered to prepare dinner for my daughters and I, and his team was happy to oblige. What a very kind thing to do, and that gesture goes beyond saving our evening. It also taught my kids about generosity, leadership, and how to make people feel valued. In our family, we live by the motto, if you’re in a position to help someone, then you should. The guys at J&S don’t know this about our family, but they were the PERFECT example of everything I just mentioned.

Pizza was amazing! We used to go here all the time and changed it up for awhile, but this will be our go to spot again. We love our pizza well done and they cooked it perfect! Their Sicilian is probably the best in the Triangle, it's thick and puffy as it should be.

My husband and I have been to J & S a few times and they never disappoint! Allison is very nice and personable. We LOVE the pizza! Definitely NY authentic pizza slices. We recommend J & S for anyone looking for something other than the typical pizza chains.

NY transplant looking for some good pizza, this place has been the best I've tried so far in the Fuquay-Varina area. It's slightly heavier than I'd prefer, thicker, but great crust. I almost always pick up around the same time on Fridays, and it's consistently great.
