Placed an order through the app. Very specific in what I wanted. When I got home with my order it was made wrong. Left out a couple, of the five ingredients. Not very happy about that. The manager reached out and said they would try to do better. Gee, thanks! Because I didn’t get what I paid for.

The only thing that irritates me, and this may not affect a lot of people, when my Giant #6 Sub is complete, the person who is going to Cut the Sub into 4 pieces, they use a huge knife! But in all the Mikes shops I have been in, they NEVER CUT COMPLETELY THRU! So when I go to grab a piece, instead of getting up and grab a knife to finish the task, I just grab a piece only to have stuff come out of that particular piece of Sub! And for me it's a little bit upsetting, so now in the future I will ask to make sure the Sub is Cut completely thru! I hope it's not Corporate Policy not to Cut all the way thru! For who ever reads this, thanks for your time! However I was born and raised in New Brunswick N,J.! AND EXPECT PERFECTION!!🤣🤣👍🤣🤣

I ordered 2 subs. Both straight off the menu, standard toppings except for one substitute topping. I ordered over the phone and was repeated back exactly what I ordered. I received two subs with meat only, no cheese, only mayo, no toppings and that specified substitution was non-existent. The staff was friendly but i paid 40 bucks plus a tip for two slapped-together disappointments. I didn't read the recent reviews until just before writing this and it seems like others have had similar experiences. This is outright unacceptable for the money spent on 2 subs.

This location needs work on accuracy of online orders and also when I order through the app multiple sandwiches for multiple people and take the time to put the name on each sandwich it would be nice if the location could have the courtesy to write the names on the bags.

We ordered online for pickup and our sandwiches had barely any meat or toppings. Incredibly disappointing considering we spent $70 any my family wasn’t even satisfied! I contacted support on November 24th to report the issue and nobody has responded.

Food was alright. Just a note for management some of your employees were eating in the preparation area while working. It's not very sanitary and made me and my family uncomfortable. The young man who took our order wouldn't even look at us... idk just didn't really feel good coming here and I hope I don't get food poisoning from just the overall unsanitary environment. Please get this fixed.
