I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Which is sad because I love Jersey Mike’s subs. I will literally drive an extra 20 mins to Holly Springs to avoid the Fuquay store. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the employees and/or management!

The guys that work in here are always really friendly in this location. I went in with my friend the other day to get some hoagies. Unfortunately, by the time I got home to eat mine, it was a sloppy mess. This has happened before, but this time I decided to put a review. I like to order the tuna, but why don’t they drain the tuna before they make the tuna salad why is it so watery? My entire sandwich was a Completely soggy mess. Ruined.

The issue was as we were sitting at a table eating, a mouse ran out from under the drink station. We went up and told the person behind the register and all she said was oh my. Not good for mice to be in where people are eating.

Just went to get two sandwiches. There was about 5 people ahead of me and 5 people behind me. All 10 people got their food before me. I asked about my order and the cashier made fun of me, laughed and said 15 more minutes, even though I had already waited 20 minutes. I didn't catch his name, he was young, around 18 or so, had long dark hair in a pony tail. Extremely rude cashier! Will not be going back.

I have given this place plenty of chances as a local lunch spot for work, bringing plenty of business ordering for my team for lunch weekly. They have never (and I'm not even exaggerating) got the order right. Idk if the tickets don't print correctly or they just don't care at all/ grab random stuff every time, but no matter what I add or take off the subs when building my order, I get the correct base with completely random toppings far from what I ordered. I have dealt with it in the past avoiding complaining/not worth waiting for corrections, but today receiving a sub far from what I paid for or enjoyed, and a coworker getting tomato's when allergic and having a bad reaction, I will never give business to this location again. The worst one I've experienced out of many with no regard for what the customers are ordering or paying for.

Great staff, very hard working and great to talk to. But I have an interesting question : WHY IS THE AC BROKEN IN 90+ DEGREE WEATHER. This is a serious health concern and I will be looking into the legality of making the staff working in such conditions. Whoever is in charge of such things you should be ashamed of yourself.

By far the nastiest jersey mikes I’ve been too the restaurant is dirty flies dead all in the window the Philly cheesesteak was sloppily put together bread was soggy from excessive juice from the peppers and onions

Placed an order through the app. Very specific in what I wanted. When I got home with my order it was made wrong. Left out a couple, of the five ingredients. Not very happy about that. The manager reached out and said they would try to do better. Gee, thanks! Because I didn’t get what I paid for.
