Delivery is not freaky fast. The last 4 times I have ordered it has taken over an hour each time. 3/4 times it took 1.5 hours. I won’t be ordering again.

The delivery is soooo slow. I thought it was a one time thing but has happened every time I order. It takes over an hour to receive food and they never reach out to let you know there is a delay.

This is supposed to be a #11 with ham, turkey and provolone. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes and onions with extra mayo & oregano. The sandwich is thrown together and not made correctly. The food tastes semi frozen/extra cold and when we ask for a knife we told to go next door. Why wasn’t the sandwich cut to begin with and why don’t why have utensils if they is something they don’t do. They were a lazy crew…period! We were the only ones in there at the moment and I see why.

This location almost always gets something wrong! I always tip 20% and they still can’t get it right. If it wasn’t for the convenience of this location I would never go here. It’s funny that JJ always sends out a survey, but it never gets better. I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s going forward.

We appreciated the kind workers and fast service however, the subs are really skimped on with the vegetables and the meat is subpar. The vegetable selection is lackluster.

My son is growing up, I sent home in as I watched outside and allowed him to order his food. Quickly his order was taken, and as he waited two other adults came in and I watched placed orders as well. The crew made their orders and gave to them as my son waited patiently. When I went in to find out what was going on, an associate said that they were online orders. I know not to be the case as I watched them place there orders from my vehicle parked right outside.17 minutes to make his sandwich.. not freaky fast when he walked right in and ordered1/2/24-The manager Ethan called me to apologize for the experience described above and offered a free sandwich next time and did say he would speak with his team about customer service.

I used to love Jimmy John’s but their quality has gone downhill and this particular location is worse the most. Orders are wrong, consistently and if you make three mistake of getting a meat or add on that is spreadable (e.g. tuna salad, avocado, etc) the amount you get is laughable. This place could improve but not having ridiculously long delivery times, getting orders right, and raising prices to give people meaningful portions instead of shorting people.
