First and last visit. I don't see myself going back to this location, ever. Bought a dozen glazed and a dozen mixed. Both were the oldest, stalest and dullest so-called "FRESH" donuts I have ever had. It is very sad when your just bought donuts look like they were bought a few days ago.
What is the point of ordering online 3 days ahead if you’re not going to have the order ready. My order included 2 coffee boxes to go. They didn’t start brewing until after we showed up! Made me late to my meeting. Very frustrating!

Amazing food, slow service though. A man in the bathroom offered to glaze my donuts and he made direct eye contact without blinking the entire time. Other than atmosphere was amazing.

This WAS a great store. Not anymore! Cold doughnuts now! Staff closed lobby and obviously drive thru service was absolutely awful. 26 minutes is unacceptable. Should have left. Don’t bother. There is a Dunkin’ right up the street.
How is Krispy Kreme closed on a SUNDAY?!! This is so unprofessional as a franchise establishment, especially with no explanation at the restaurant or the website.

What is going on with Krispie Kreme in Fuquay?… I’ve driven to Fuquay 3 times over the last week trying to get donuts and they are ALWAYS out… I get it if it happens once or twice but seems to be the going trend with this location. Perhaps up the supply for your demand management instead of paying employees to just hang out. Time to make some donuts- yes I know that’s not your slogan but maybe think about it anyway.

I’m not the one who does reviews but tonight 9/20 I got notification that the hot and ready light was on so me and my boyfriend drove 20mins to get donuts upon arriving the place looked dark and closed we approached the speaker and was greeted and we asked was the donuts fresh and was advised no. If donuts are not fresh why send out notifications of hot and ready and yes the hot light was still on in the app..
