Got in line this morning at 5:55 AM to buy the Harry Potter donuts for my grandkids and although they did not have all of them in stock, the young man waiting on me was extremely pleasant and very professional. Kudos to him for being such a joy so early in the morning. I honestly was not a fan of the donut sitting out not covered or in the counter.
I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager at Krispy Kreme! I had such a positive experience here! What great customer service, I came in with my two year-old son who accidentally dropped his donuts and the manager, Caden was more than happy to replace it no questions asked! The cashier was friendly and what a positive and clean environment!😊
i ordered two donuts and they were very soft and warm. a very pretty purple haired girl took my order and she was very nice she made conversation with me and she was very friendly and she deserves a raise. defintely coming back
