Amazing food, slow service though. A man in the bathroom offered to glaze my donuts and he made direct eye contact without blinking the entire time. Other than atmosphere was amazing.
I don't know what it is about this location. Every time I go they are out of something. One visit they had door locked with a note stating they were out of dough (seriously?!). Next visit they were out of the pumpkin spice mix for the coffee. If you can't keep your inventory at adequate levels, hire someone else that can do the job. The other KK locations I go to don't have a problem maintaining their inventory.
Manager was rude to me. I was trying to help my elderly mother understand which items were available individually because she asked for donut holes that were on display in the case. So I asked if all the other items were for sale individually? She looked at me and said, "Really?"
