Most incompetent mcdonalds ever. Multiple things not available for months. Frappe and other machines broken for months. Does McDonald’s put pepper on their happy meal fries? It looks like it was pulled out the dirt. It was gritty as well. I’m very disappointed. I did call first but the mailbox was full.

I went to this McDonald’s on my lunch break, and when I returned to work and took the first bite of my burger, I almost vomited. It was not what I ordered, and now I don’t have lunch because I have to be back in my office. I was very specific when I ordered, but the person who took my order obviously was not focused on her job. Word to the wise, double check your order before you leave.

Easily the worst McDonald’s. I’ll drive to Holly Springs from now on. Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes waiting on my mobile order, which was a happy meal. Get home to find out no apple slices, so the only “healthy” thing isn’t included, and they’re still trying to pawn off those God awful Elio toys, even though you select the TMNT option in the app. Clueless people that couldn’t care less about their job

I came in on AUGUST 1 @ 8:23 AM. The service was horrible the two Latina girls on the window drive through were so rude. I was greeted with an attitude at the drive through, doesn’t say hello just goes right in, rushes me the entire time and doesn’t even let me finish my order. I get to the window to pay and still doesn’t say hello or anything just tells me how much it is and sticks her hand out and gives me my change and doesn’t say have a great day. The second girl who was giving me my food ALSO does NOT say hello, matter in fact she does NOT say ANYTHING!,she hands my food and closes the window. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! and I’ve worked at a McDonald for 5 years and I know what’s to be expected.

Management doesn’t know how to properly do anything, they’ve been out of soda since last week. To take things to a stronger statement on miss management, they allow clerks to use phones while serving customers, which messed my order up, including the soda issue… you know my peace offering for multiple ignorant mess ups, a .25 cent dipping sauce. This McDonald’s needs to to closer until they can get their stuff together. It’s a waste of most people’s valuable time and money at this point.
