Management doesn’t know how to properly do anything, they’ve been out of soda since last week. To take things to a stronger statement on miss management, they allow clerks to use phones while serving customers, which messed my order up, including the soda issue… you know my peace offering for multiple ignorant mess ups, a .25 cent dipping sauce. This McDonald’s needs to to closer until they can get their stuff together. It’s a waste of most people’s valuable time and money at this point.

They messed up mcdelivery order . Which isn't a problem . The probiem was when I called and talked to the lady about my missing food she said oh well and hung up. I called back and the "manager " said we don't deliver when I ordered mcdelivery from the app. She was very rude and had no desire to fix their mistake .

Waited for over 15 minutes for curbside until another customer pulled over to tell me they want me to come inside. Then with kids in the car I go inside to grab my 7 drinks and large food order. None on the drinks were put in a holder or offered to be put in a holder. They actually told me where to go find them to do that myself.

I not only remember the change back from your dollar in the 70s commercials, I remember going to McDonald's in the 50s, off a small NJ highway in Jamestown which had real golden arches and said "10 Million Served" at 15¢ ... and the dime was 90% silver until the democrats stole the silver from our coins in 1965, like they did the gold in 1933 ...
Kid-friendliness: I noticed one of those play rooms to keep kids from being a nuisance to the patrons ...

Atypically, I will go through the drive-thru here and usually don't have any issues. This time, my family and I elected to dine inside. There was absolutely no service to assist. If you were elderly, wanted to pay in cash or did not understand how to use a kiosk, you were out of luck. People were standing and waiting for assistance and no one was to be found. Once I placed my order through the kiosk, it took a significant amount of time to receive the order, and the employee never once spoke - just shoved a bag of food (guess we don't even offer trays to those dining in) into my hand and disappeared. While the order was fulfilled correctly, sadly most of our fries were not even cooked thoroughly. I'm not one who usually complains, but I definitely will be taking a break from McDonald's for awhile.

Ordered to go and no salt on fries. Fries wasn't hot and there were salt on them. Was disappointed. I don't eat fast food at all. But just wanted to reach back and try it.
