It’s a nice place for both kids and adults and a welcome addition to the Fuquay and Holly Springs area.
My only feedback is around customer service. As a first-time visitor, I wasn’t informed about the extra credits available with higher-value play cards. While I could have read the board more carefully, I was hoping for a bit more guidance when I asked about reloading and how the machines work.

I was really excited to try McWallys. From the moment we arrived, everything was nothing but a great experience. Our server, Laney, was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed all night. On top of that, the managers Will and Jaden both checked in on us, which really made the night feel special and well cared for. Great service, great atmosphere, and an all-around fantastic time. We’ll definitely be back!
