I have been coming to this place for over 12 years and never had any problems until tonight . For the last 2 weeks the ice cream has been runny and very soft . The workers tonight didn’t know what they were doing . Management needs to do something about it

Tried to go to DQ Friday night. The drive thru line was long so my daughter and I went inside. There was one couple eating and no on at the counter. Employees kept walking past but no one acknowledged that we were wait no at the counter to order. I finally said can I speak to a manager. The girl in the other side of the counter yelled, “hey, they want to see you†across the store. A young woman came to the counter and I told her what happened. Her response was “everyone is new, what so you want me to do.†Not the response you expect from a manager! I told her she can give me the name and number of the store a manager. While we waited, my daughter and I noticed how filthy the back counter was. We were glad we didn't stay. Now let's see if the store manager returns my call as I left a message on Friday night.

Stopped in for the first time about a month ago, only two people working, 1 on the widow, 1 on the lobby and it was busy. Waiting 25 minutes to order my ice cream, owner walked in and observed the line and how overwhelmed his staff looked and instead of stepping in and helping walked to the back ignoring customers. Asked for domed Sunday lids 3x's as I had a longish ride home and didn't want ice cream to melt all over my truck and was ignored. Got home and orders were wrong.

Again no staff, zero customers inside or outside this time. Ordered two pb cup blizzards with pb sauce. Paid. Cashier starts making sundaes. Again. I requested the blizzard repeating myself 4x’s. Now they suddenly realize they are out of pb sauce. I ask for a refund. No one can figure it out. I suggested they take back the change they gave me and void the transaction and just give me my original $20.00 back. They agree to do that. I ask about the “new” pb cookie dough blizzard instead...is it made with pb cookie dough or sauce..no one knows...I’m told they had some pb cookies last year but they don’t see them around anywhere.. so no they can’t make that either...terrible customer service, poor management, no ingredients to make the blizzards and the food prep areas were filthy..when it was completely dead inside and outside. Skip this place, go to Sunny Skies.

I went to Dairy Queen in fuquay tonight. I waited almost 5 minutes to be helped. I was ignored by a girl who walked right past me. I never got to order because I left with the unprofessional customer service there.

Went there on yesterday to get Orange Julius. The tall blonde lady at the counter (I think her name is Ashley) took my order and money. She then proceeded to wait on everyone else, giving them their food and ignored me. I waited in line so long my husband came in to see what was going on. I stayed there for about 25 minutes to get one drink. Not trying to pull the race card BUT I was the only Black person in there and she never gave me my drink even though I was right there in front of her. Even the white lady behind me noticed it and said you need to go tell her which I was getting ready to do anyway. I went to the counter and said "Excuse me but I want my money back because I never got my drink". She took 4 dollars out of the register and handed it to me and said "I'm sorry" and that was it. Will never go there again!!!

Had a HORRIBLE experience at the fuquay Dairy Queen. Pulled up my coupon on my phone for free ice cream. After the lady at the counter took my phone from me and took it in the back to show her manager she returned and rudely said they won't take it because it wasn't printed. So I left to go home and print it but upon walking outside and trying to reopen the coupon to have the option to print the website said I couldn't open another coupon and that I only had the one chance. Had a HORRIBLE experience at the fuquay Dairy Queen. Pulled up my coupon on my phone for free ice cream. After the lady at the counter took my phone from me and took it in the back to show her manager she returned and rudely said they won't take it because it wasn't printed. So I left to go home and print it but upon walking outside and trying to reopen the coupon to have the option to print the website said I couldn't open another coupon and that I only had the one chance. I went inside and waited for someone at the counter and eventually had to ask someone over to the counter to help me. The rude lady returned and I explained to her that I couldn't get another coupon so could they honor it. She barked at me that it wasn't her store and went to get the owner named Bill. Bill came out rude right off the bat. I explained the situation and he told me tough luck. I asked if he could make it right and honor my coupon since I would lose out on it if so left. He told me that wasn't his fault it was mine and he had no intention of making it right. I will not return to this DQ unless it gets a new owner. That is suck bad business. He was rude right up to the end and so mean how expensive is ice cream anyway. They would have gotten their money back seeing as how It's summer and I take my kids there often. But not anymore!!!
