We like coming here, my issue with them is I have been served uncooked/frozen desserts on two separate visits. If you don’t have an item purchased that is cooked - do not serve it to your customers. It is as simple as asking your customer is they would like something else instead.

This location is always out of fountain drinks and ice. If you run out of something every week, maybe you should order more of it next time?! Do not recommend buying the sip club membership if this will be your most frequented location.

Order is consistently incorrect. Drive through is a JOKE. I waited 30 min behind about 5 cars at 745 a.m. One of the worst Panera locations I’ve ever experienced.

I've only had 3 things from them, a cheesesteak (9/10), a thing with bacon (don't remember/10), and their bagels. All the bagels were great except for the assagio cheese one. it gave off almost radioactive fumes. if you have basic empathy, don't eat it in a car with closed windows with others in the car. Been inside panera 1 time and I don't remember how good it was but I'm sure it's better than popeyes

The bathroom was nasty food cacked to the counter and floors, in the eating area there was food all over the floor and the seats were super sticky and disgusting not to mention the tables. I'm sorry I usually love panera but wow was this bad.

Best Panera I have been to, so glad to have it in town. Crystal and her staff are so nice and so attentive. Fast and accurate service all the time. Crystal walks around checking that everyone is all set and if there is any question/issue with an order she is doing everything she can to make it right. Recently moved here from the NE and have not seen this level of service at a chain restaurant ever!

Long wait for food, coffee bar not maintained at all, creamer containers were empty, we waited our entire visit for the coffee urn to be filled. The seat in the restroom is broken.
