We had pizza and garlic bread delivered. We got it a bit earlier than predicted which was nice. Both the pizza and bread were good. Would order from them again.

The food is fine, but the management is terrible. Both managers are impolite. This is coming from a customer who's been here 20+ times. I only went there because of the discount I received, which is now discontinued. I won't be going back. Go get Dominos instead.

Okay so today I went into the Papa John's in Fuquay bu Food Lion and what I saw was an extremely hard working woman doing it all back there alone. Guys I'll say it again. She was ALONE. Kimberly was running all stations. Talk about a show. This woman deserves a lot of appreciation and probably a few apologies. I'm sure customers placing orders online and calling in may have been wondering what's up with the extra time things were taking, if any at all because Kimberly was hustling back there, but I'm sure they had no clue she was a one woman army and customers may have been getting upset for any delays. Guess what at the end of the day Kimberly delivered. Not literally but she made sure the customers got what the ordered. I apologize for the long review but Kimberly deserves to be recognized for her hard work. Thank you for your 13 years of hard work Kimberly! Keep up the amazing work.

I don’t know how you run a pizza joint this poorly. Online orders don’t get started until you show up to pick up. The food looks like it was literally thrown together, with sparse toppings scattered around the box and very few actually on the pizza. Even the slicing is pathetic, like pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey was played with the pizza cutter. Do NOT go here. It’s worth the extra drive to go to Holly Springs.

Ordered our food and applied an extra tip ahead of time as normal. Order was not a no contact order, but the delivery person rang our doorbell and just left the pizza on the ground in front of the door. Our wings were missing. The online tracker stated that our order was still cooking. I called and spoke to the manager on duty, and the gentleman stated the order came through as a no contact order. We order weekly, and this has never happened before. The gentleman stated the wings were going to be remade and delivered, but somehow were delivered by the same delivery person just 2 minutes after we got off the phone with the manager. I will stop ordering. Hopefully, this location can work on the issues.

Just took home a buffalo chicken pizza. Opened my box to this beautiful pizza, well crafted, took a bite... and ... I'm really sorry folks, but you need to get this together. I have some thoughts. Pizza itself is done great !! No complaints. Some ingredients are cheap and tastes real bad, and throws all your skills and passion into drain.
You need to work on the dough - it is little soapy, and feels not crispy enough.
The hot buffalo sauce was not great. Change the brand.
Mozzarella cheese is not of good quality.

We have ordered pizza from this particular Papa John's on multiple occasions and in the past it was fine. However, the past 3 order, the pizza had arrived, dry, sauceless (very little sauce) and barely any cheese. It looks like bread with thin tomato sauce on it to be frank. I spoke with Kimberly on today. She was very abrupt and interrupted me twice while I explained what my issue was. Even after I explained my issue with the pizza she still didn't understand. So I had to explain again. This time she listened. Then she said that she made the pizza herself and she knows she topped it well. She said I don't know what to tell you. I asked should I just order extra sauce then? She said yeah. I hung up. Terrible service. Terrible pizza. Papa John's.
Maybe the holly springs location is better!
