Just took home a buffalo chicken pizza. Opened my box to this beautiful pizza, well crafted, took a bite... and ... I'm really sorry folks, but you need to get this together. I have some thoughts. Pizza itself is done great !! No complaints. Some ingredients are cheap and tastes real bad, and throws all your skills and passion into drain.
You need to work on the dough - it is little soapy, and feels not crispy enough.
The hot buffalo sauce was not great. Change the brand.
Mozzarella cheese is not of good quality.

We have ordered pizza from this particular Papa John's on multiple occasions and in the past it was fine. However, the past 3 order, the pizza had arrived, dry, sauceless (very little sauce) and barely any cheese. It looks like bread with thin tomato sauce on it to be frank. I spoke with Kimberly on today. She was very abrupt and interrupted me twice while I explained what my issue was. Even after I explained my issue with the pizza she still didn't understand. So I had to explain again. This time she listened. Then she said that she made the pizza herself and she knows she topped it well. She said I don't know what to tell you. I asked should I just order extra sauce then? She said yeah. I hung up. Terrible service. Terrible pizza. Papa John's.
Maybe the holly springs location is better!

The entire thing was NOT EDIBLE. I took it back, one piece remote but not eaten.’ The whole team there was dirty. And the manager told me to go to door dash to get my refund! What? Door dash didn’t make that pizza! I am getting my money Back for the garbage! Pizza was returned no photo.’
Vegetarian options: The options were there but what good are they if the pizza make don’t put the adequate and you can see the onions. I FOUND 4 onion pieces.

This place makes Domino's look gourmet. There was very little cheese on our pizzas, so much sauce that the boxes had sauce splashed around inside of them. Taste was terrible, had throw out and eat something else.

Do not go here, listen to the reviews. Wings had 0 sauce on them and they messed up the order. Supposed to have a medium cheese pizza, 10 buffalo wings with an order of garlic knots. Didn’t get any garlic knots.

This place is awful. My pizza was almost frozen it was so cold, and my wings were burnt completely black. What was even worse was the manager, who, at 10:30am told me to go screw myself. Terrible spot.

Believe the other reviews. Papa John’s has gone downhill in the last 10 years. Pizza arrived 90 minutes later and ice cold. Boneless wings were cold and barely edible. Regretful decision.
