Okay so today I went into the Papa John's in Fuquay bu Food Lion and what I saw was an extremely hard working woman doing it all back there alone. Guys I'll say it again. She was ALONE. Kimberly was running all stations. Talk about a show. This woman deserves a lot of appreciation and probably a few apologies. Just took home a buffalo chicken pizza. Opened my box to this beautiful pizza, well crafted, took a bite... and ... I'm really sorry folks, but you need to get this together. I have some thoughts.
Pizza itself is done great !! No complaints. Some ingredients are cheap and tastes real bad, and throws all your skills and passion into drain.
You need to work on the dough - it is little soapy, and feels not crispy enough.
