Unfortunately, I was received rudely by Jazmine when inquiring about extra sauce. The attitude was uncalled for, cold and ridiculous as I only needed sauce (which I initially paid for and simply was ordering more) As an expectant mother I did not have expect to give this much energy to a quick lunch break.

The pizza is just average pizza hut pizza nothing great .I have had multiple deliveries messed up . I order usually twice a week . I ordered online and waited an hour and twenty minutes, nothing . No call , no pizza , no online updates after my pizza was in the oven . I called and was told no driver so they never cooked it , they will have to refund my money . I swear their only saving grace is the staff has always been polite to me.

They don't give you the actual time for your online order; I had to wait over an hour for my food. They told me 20 minutes on the app

Very good pizza
Unbelievable, I’m a frequent flyer at Pizza Hut. It’s our Friday night jam. I go between two locations usually Fuquay and Lillington. Tonight Lillington gave me the wrong sauce and not the ranch that goes with the chicken bacon melt and I didn’t realize it until I was back in Fuquay to get my daughter from work. I went in to the Fuquay store ASSuming they would toss me a sauce and apologize that “Pizza Hut” messed up cause it’s the name on the wall. I showed the receipt and food and asked for a ranch and the employee got the manager. Good lord how customer service has changed that you need a manager for a sauce packet. The manager comes out and first argues with me that it wasn’t wrong looking at the wrong item on the receipt and then says no she’d have to charge me. Does customer service even exist anymore? “It’s not my store” ok I get it but it’s a RANCH PACKET not 45 large pizzas! Now it’s the principle. I’m not paying for pizza huts mistake and lack of customer service. No “sorry about that”(from Pizza Hut) no sauce packet. Congrats fuquay store, I’ll take my business to any other store but yours because of a ranch cup. Do better. Be better.
For anyone wondering, no I’m not leaving a bad review for Lillington because mistakes happen. I get it.

Alright folks how about this one! I ordered a Pizza Hut "Deal" online. It was for a 3-Topping Large Pizza, Breadsticks, and a 2-Liter. When I came into the store, a nice girl (who was WHITE) said my order wasn't ready yet and it would be just a few more minutes. I cheerfully replied "OK!" And I then proceeded to get the 2-Liter out of the refrigerator (on the Customer side of the counter too, mind you). I placed it on the chair where you can wait for your food. I then walked over to the other side of the waiting area where there was a plastic bag to put the 2-Liter in, and I got one. The moment I did, this other woman (who was BLACK) then immediately said, with no greeting or anything in my direction...remember she hadn't helped me coming in...and she just said rudely "OK that'll be $3.76." I really was a little taken aback. I'm sorry...what?! I then said quizzingly "No, it's included in my Deal, and I already paid for it." She asked my name and I said Tim and she looked at her computer and then corrected me again and said it is NOT included. FRUSTRATED now, I leave the store, go back out to my car to retrieve my phone I didn't bring in with me, to then pull up my order confirmation, and showed it to her on my phone. Only then did SHE double check, and saw there are 2 people named Tim with orders. She then just walked away to do something else. When she came back to the counter, I was waiting for an explanation and apology. She was wrong, not me, and I should not have been treated the way I was over it. She did not apologize, or even offer a simple one either, like "I'm so sorry I mixed it up." What she did do was start helping another customer with his order. I'm not having that. You started this, you can finish up with me. I said she should apologize for being rude. She wanted me to wait until she was done with the new customer she was talking to. I said I will not. The back and forth escalated from there, and she then just abruptly canceled my order. That's fine. The whole episode was pretty sickening anyway, and I felt really bad for her employees/co-workers. I won't be back, and if you dead this, know that that particular Black Woman is a real piece of work. She doesn't give one iota about you as a customer, so expect ZERO from this location. I have never left a review like this in my life, and sincerely hope if you read it, that you strongly reconsider ever eating at this location.
Not at all what we remember our last Hut experience was like.
Pizza was too doughy , undercooked.
Wont be back.

This location is terrible when it comes to getting in contact with someone. Unfortunately, they have their phone lines set up in a way that redirects your calls to customer service who can’t help you when it comes to canceling an order therefore you lose out on money due to this. Your best bet if you have an issue there is to go to that location in person or you’ll be SOL.

I can not express how truly awful this store is. It’s Pizza Hut so the bar already wasn’t high. Ordered delivery nothing crazy, stuffed crust pepperoni and some cheese sticks. Upon arrival everything was moist for some godforsaken reason. I should have trusted my gut, but I was like awe maybe it’s just a weird amount on condensation, took a bite and boy was I wrong. It was grease. An incomprehensible amount of grease. Even the cheese sticks felt like a long forgotten sponge full of filthy sink water. So like any normal person would, I tried to call the store to get the situation remedied, they literally hung up as soon as I said that my order was inedible, I called back and asked to speak to a manager, no tone, no raised voice and they hung up. The next hour was spent playing pass around at the call center until they would transfer me over to their store where they would ultimately hang up in my face again. I
Don’t wast your time or money. This is truly the worst pizza in the triangle maybe in America.

Disappointing flavor. It’s probably been years since I ordered from Pizza Hut so I decided to give them a try. What a waste of money and time.
Ordered:
Medium Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza, Cheese sticks with bacon, Honey BBQ wings, and chocolate donuts. ($61+$10 tip)
Pizza: The only redeemable item I received. Flavor was good and cooked nicely. I received it about 30 min after ordering and it was warm not hot but wasn’t too bothered by it.
Cheese Sticks W/ Bacon: This is where the problems started. You can’t taste the cheese and I counted maybe 4 tiny pieces of bacon on the sticks. It was mostly dough and weren’t even cut up to grab in pieces.
Honey BBQ Wings: The meat didn’t taste bad and they seemed to be cooked nicely, but there was something wrong with the sauce. Maybe my fault for not sticking to a traditional sauce but I’ve never had extremely sour Honey BBQ. Completely inedible and disgusting.
Chocolate donuts: The moment you look at them you’ll know they will be profoundly dry. I imagine that’s what eating a chalk covered board must taste like. I wonder how you manage to make chocolate donuts and not get any type of chocolate flavor in them, now that in my eyes is impressive and worth the star I gave them.
Fair to say I won’t be ever ordering Pizza Hut, even if that’s the only option available. I’m assuming the lack of fresh ingredients is the demise to its flavor. Big corporations have sadly forgotten the importance of quality, but in their defense it is us the consumers at fault for continuing to buy their products. To order something meant to be comfort food and not something I buy regularly and yet be utterly disappointed by it simply leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. It could also be those nasty donuts.
