My last 2 mobile orders have been very disappointing. Ordered a blonde red-eye at around 650, show up at 705 and the drink isn't ready. After a few minutes I get asked what I'm waiting on and the staff first says they don't see it and then say it's already been made and gone. Not in my hands.....
First time, staff remade it and apologized. That was 3 Sundays ago.
Yesterday, was first told they didn't get the order, then when I showed the receipt, they said it was already made, then they said they never got the ticket. Staff told someone about the ticket not printing and made my drink. Put it on the counter in the back to tell the manager about the ticket and first staff took the drink and gave it to someone in the drive thru.
Its now 15 minutes later and I asked can I get my drink. Staff made it again and this time handed it to me. 725 I finally drive away. No apology, no concern or recognizing by the manager, just a who cares attitude by everyone involved.
2 times in a row! And manager completely ignored me and a response.
I like to keep my business in Fuquay-Varina but this will drive me to Holly Springs or stop going to Starbucks all together.

This location has really friendly staff- despite it being an extremely busy location, they are always kind. I always prefer this store if I'm able to visit. The only thing they need to work on is consistency with drinks. There can be a lot of variation depending on the day and who is making the drink. That being said, any time I've had an issue, they have never given me a hard time and always remade my order without hesitation.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks, and my go-to drink is a matcha latte, which is usually shaken in a shaker before being poured into the cup. Today, however, the matcha was just dumped into the cup, and milk was poured on top and this is not the first time this happened. I paid $7 for this undrinkable drink. Experiences like this are really killing my enthusiasm for coming to Starbucks.

Didn't manage to catch the drive-thru worker's name, but she was rude and outright lied to us. We asked for two hot drinks and one cold drink. We got two cold drinks and one hot, and the cold one wasn't even close to what we ordered. When we asked for the correct one, she got argumentative and said we should have asked for it if that's what we wanted... We did ask for it... She made us pay for a whole other drink because she couldn't be bothered to listen. We even repeated our order at the speaker. Won't be going here again.

mary kate, anna kate i don’t know your name, but we have beef. she has been mean to us for over a year, everytime we are in the drive thru. stop putting her on drive thru. i’m tired of being stared at while i pick the tip screen. have some decorum. she’s so rude, always glaring. i’m sick of it. fix this now. the girl who took our order was so sweet tho, 10/10.

The best Starbucks you'll hate going to. The location is painful, there's really no seating, and avoiding an accident in the parking lot is a challenge. Coffees here are consistently made exactly to order, and well-crafted. Staff is friendly!

I’ve come to terms a few things in life:

1. My coffee order is typically well over the calorie threshold of “coffee “. I really just like Frappuccinos.

2. The unshakable disappointment that accompanies every trip to the Fuquay Starbucks.

3. The fact that I am an eternal optimist, hopeful, with every return that I will receive the advertised, perfectly balanced mixture of blended ice, chocolate, coffee and milk.

4. But, I am equal parts realist. And I am all too aware that every single time I will go spend six dollars to sit in line for far too long only to be proudly handed cold, watered down milk, with a cheerful smile.

Now, I’m certain my order is this way because it sat on the counter long enough to keep up with the barista’s pace. Always one to give the benefit of the doubt, I can only imagine they are taking meticulous care to be detailed oriented with every order and this continuously disappointing experience is merely a symptom of the time it takes to treat every order with such care.

Ever the optimist, I will likely continue to return, hopeful that one day the same care and detail will be taken with my order, and my win will come in the form of a perfectly icy Frappuccino.

In the meantime, I will likely continue the cycle of craving that delicious drink, receiving a highly disappointing product and essentially throwing , six dollars and a cup full of milk water in the trash nearly immediately .

I have been a loyal customer for many years and thought I had found the best there was while living in Virginia until I moved to Fuquay Varina two years ago. This is clearly the most outstanding Starbucks anywhere in the world. I have never met a more caring and professional staff and leadership team. I start my day off on a positive note every morning at Starbucks and it takes me through the rest of the day. I share this with all my neighbors only to find that they also enjoy the experience.

Very accommodating, willing to add ingredients to specialize drink. Like to order ham and swiss croissant not warmed, left in pkg to freeze for later use. Same process for brownie and lemon pound cake. Love the refresher and frappacino drinks.Outdoor seating.



Parking: Plenty of public parking that can accommodate RVs and large trucks.. Limited parking at store - approximately 16 spaces.
