Remodeled inside and looks great. The new floors due to their composition makes the restaurant loud. Very durable and easy to clean but acoustics are bad, just like Bojangles. Very hard to carry on a conversation.

I want to make a complaint about a person named Bryan or maybe Brian that works here. My husband is one of the calmest, sweetest people so for him to complain and get upset then it had to be bad. He told me he walked up and held the door for a lady, then proceeded to the counter because we’d made an app order in order to use coupons which is so annoying because they mail them out but you can’t use them in person. Anyways, he gets to the counter and our Son loves the BMT sub but without any salami so my husband asks if they can remove it. Brian and the lady working heard him ask and the lady was fine with it and polite. Brian is who ended up making the sub, my husband noticed the salami and asked for none on it on the sub and Brian said rudely to add it to the comments on the app. His attitude was ridiculous. To be honest we have done that in comments before and the sub maker didn’t listen. My husband didn’t even place the order on the app until he was inside so he could ask. What’s his issue? Geesh, like we took the salami on his sub or something. Every one has bad days but to disrespect someone like my husband who is kind and patient always. Really burns me up. Who is the franchise owner, we googled that and it was shocking, I hope that guy still isn’t this locations franchise owner?

Ordered 2 sandwiches online paid for extra meat, this time they didn’t do the extra meat I order the same thing every time so I know what to expect and they definitely just gave me the regular amount if not less. They barely put any toppings and I tried contacting them through the subway website and nobody ever messaged or emailed me. Don’t go here unless you want skimpy food just go to jersey mikes it might cost more but you get what you pay for there.

I ordered curbside up. I waited 10 minutes & noone brought my food out. I finally went inside & my food was sitting on the to go rack. The receipt says CURBSIDE in big letters!! There were 2 employees inside and one was doing nothing!! This is unacceptable!! No tip next time!

The manager does not honor coupons the way they are stated. They pick and choose how they want to honor them. Very frustrating.

Their sandwich prices are more expensive than the Subway down the road, for some reason sandwiches at this store range anywhere from $2-$4 more expensive than surrounding subway stores, don't go here, they also now have a giant metal shield blocking out their meat and cheese section of the sandwich bar so you cant see how fresh the stuff is
