Customer service simply just does not exist anymore! Chantel was beyond rude from the moment we walked into the door until the moment we left as if we were an inconvenience to her! Herself and the other woman working obviously both spoke Spanish and had trouble either hearing or understanding us while we were ordering as they kept saying huh or what… When we asked for a few cookies she did the same thing and looked confused so we said cuatro for 4 and she rolled her eyes and ignored the question. I then commented on her being rude/unprofessional and she proceeded to argue with me. When I refused to argue back she said she was no longer serving me and refused to make my other sub. $40 later i would’ve saved myself the headache! She also thought it was professional to talk about us with another customer as we left! Definitely will NOT BE returning to this location!!

Not the best atmosphere, food was great though. They always had an elderly lady working the counter which made it awkward when i tried getting a free water cup to fill with soda. I overheard a gay couple making jokes about six inch subs and meat, so only 3/5 stars for atmosphere.

You would assume making a sandwich is not that difficult. Looking at other reviews on this store I see why my order was so messed up. $45 in order for dinner and all 3 sandwich's were wrong

Today, I ordered two sandwiches for my daughter and I on the Subway app to get the buy one footlong and get the other footlong free offer. I paid using Google Pay and proceeded to go to the location to pick up the sandwiches. The app indicated that they would be ready at 12:50 pm. I wasn't very happy that I would have to wait 20 minutes, but since the order was placed and paid for, there wasn't much that I could do, but wait. When I arrived there I saw that there was a line and only one person working. I saw another employee on a break, eating and looking at his phone, while the other continued serving all the customers on the line. I thought to myself that it didn't look too promising that we'd get our sandwiches at the given time. The tracking feature on the app indicated that the two sandwiches were being made and eventually ready. It was now 12:55, and no sandwiches were ready to be picked up. When the line lessened, I approached the gentleman who was working and told him about my order. He told me that he hadn't received any online orders because the server was down. He then proceeded to insult my intelligence, indicating that I ordered from a different location. He also told me that I should have received an email to inform me that there was a problem with their server. I showed him the app to prove that I had ordered and paid for the sandwiches. He never apologized or offered to make the sandwiches. After wasting my time, at this point, over 35 minutes, we walked out. This will be the last time we buy anything from this location. After reading several negative reviews on this location at 1326 N. Main St. Fuquay-Varina, it's apparent that this gentleman doesn't have very good customer service skills and should not be up front dealing with customers. If he is actually the manager, he should know better. Avoid this Subway. There are better options. After leaving, we went to Taco Bell. Placed our order on mobile app, as well, and we then received our food in less than five minutes!

I will not eat subway anymore based on my experience here alone. I ordered a footlong and the half sub. The old black man with an accent was the one making the sandwiches and was extremely rude and had an attitude towards me and I was the only one in the store. He came out from the back already wearing gloves that already had food and some liquid on them which was a red flag. I specifically got a sandwich for the meal deal for “6.99”. The other sandwich I had a coupon for. All of the toppings were very old and shriveled up and there was bugs flying around the food! One of the flies almost landed on my sandwich while he was making it and he didn’t even say anything. After only a few toppings he said very rudely, “Anything else!?” He told me the sandwich didn’t qualify for the meal deal because “it wasn’t ham”. He also told me that there was no coupons accepted at the location. I paid $20 for 2 sandwich’s with hardly anything on them because even he knew the toppings were too old so he put hardly any on each sandwich. Completely waste of money and ridiculous.

Saw $6.99 meal deal ads in store. Told the guy making it I wanted that deal. 6” Turkey no cheese. Went to checkout and it’s $10.xx. Manager I assume, black guy said it’s only three sandwiches at the deal. He refused to just ring up the meal but said he’d remake one of the deal sandwiches. No way you can read the fine print from the line. I asked him if he’d just ring it up as 6.99 sandwich this time since it’s made, I’m here, I’m a club member? Nope he refused. Wow. Wasted sandwich and lost customer. Owner should fire this guy. Lots of customer friendly choices in Fuquay fortunately.

Ridiculous at best ... The lady who's maybe Latino accuses everyone of stealing drinks when they ask for water which is ridiculous in itself that make billions of dollars off of it and they're a very rude..... On top of it if you call they will answer the phone and hang up in your face and they won't answer and just let you keep ringing your ringing

Horrible experience tonight. I ordered 2 subs online. ONE sandwich was a veggie delight the other was supposed to be the sweet onion teriyaki chicken. I drive 25 min home and take a bit of the sandwich to find THERE WAS NO CHICKEN!! When calling the restaurant they said the person just assumed both sandwiches were veggie!! If I wanted 2 VEGGIE sandwiches that’s what I would have ordered!!!! I’m now out a sandwich and money!!

This location used to be good but the Current management is atrocious, never opened i went the other day may 2024 unlocked nobody in the store. Online order keeps forgetting food - don’t come here don’t order from here! They will go under.
Visited 11am Super Bowl Sunday and closed Feb 2024 . Visited at 940am Feb 2022 for breakfast sub on a Saturday but it’s closed. The hours are wrong at this subway.
