Perfect service, amazing dish, holy crud the Dragonfruit was amazing! Thanks a ton Miss Sophia, cuz I got a memorized order every time I go there now! 😁

We attended the Candy Hop today and our young son who is on the spectrum was having a hard time. Thank goodness for the fast service so we were on our way 💜 the cashier was so patient and the food is so yummy!

Just had a great experience at Supa Bowlz Café.

I placed an order, but it got mixed up. (Honestly, it could have been my mistake)

Either way, the guy working there fixed it right away with no problems.

I really appreciated how easy and friendly he made it.

The food was also delicious.

Every single time I order from this place I remember why I never get it…the chicken is awwwwwfullll. Tastes cheap and looks like wax. The wraps are sooo close to being good but they just don’t use quality ingredients or know how to actually ROLL a wrap. Waste of money and regret it every time I try again.

Have had wraps and salads soo good even my picky kids eat it!

CHECK THAT THEY ARE OPEN BEFORE GOING - The hours posted online don’t match the hours they are actually open. I made the trip to try out this new restaurant and showed up during the hours posted on the Supabowlz website. But it was closed. Seems the hours posted on the door don’t match the hours posted online. Probably just the website needs an update. Please get those corrected - I will come back when you are open, enjoy some food, and post a proper review!

I was a REGULAR at this SupaBowlz. At least once a week if not multiple times a week for months. That is until today, and I won’t be going back ever again. Which is a shame for the business because it’s always empty in there.

The story is, I placed an online order on Sunday. Turns out they’re closed on Sundays (even though the Holly Springs store is open on Sundays) but the webpage let me place the order and autocorrected to their next availability at 9am the next day but only said this on the confirmation page after I placed and paid for the order.

No big deal but I couldn’t get in touch with the store on Sunday since they were closed. I also work a job and couldn’t call them at 9am the next day regarding my Sunday lunch so they made the order then and I couldn’t pick it up.

My ask to them was to refund the order or comp the next time I came in (which was today).

I was told to call the owner directly. Which was weird but I did. He began to tell me that I should “take accountability instead of blame a computer” and “understand the impacts of my mistake on their food waste”.

There was such a simple solution to keep me around as a weekly customer but I’ll go elsewhere. And I feel bad because the employees I’ve always interacted with have been amazing.

Under staffed. Took 45 mins to get my order. Employees don’t know how to efficiently and timely place order and then work at a snails pace. No urgency whatsoever.

Easily accessible corner restaurant. Streetside parking. Accommodated my wife's FODmap diet. Plenty of choices to build a bowl, select and customize a wrap, or choose a smoothie. Everything we ate was delicious, including a last minute dessert. We greatly appreciate the time they took with first time patrons. Look forward to trying something different next time.

I had a great smoothie and great service at this little new place right as you get into downtown coming from Holly springs. The people are really awesome and humble and grateful for customers! I almost left my keys I left my cell phone I had to come back and they helped to try to find it. I will definitely be coming back for more!! Thank you guys!

Did not feel clean, took 20 minutes to get a smoothie during what seemed not to be a busy time, over a month later and multiple emails with owner, still have not received a refund on my order (food was not good and I did not eat it). I would not recommend this place.

I have had food poisoning for the last two weeks and am positive it was from this establishments fish. Not only did it have a bad taste but it also smelled off. Do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I wish there were negative stars

We love coming here and enjoy the food very much, everyone is pleasant, however they need to get their system fixed with the loyalty points. 3rd time that I haven't been able to use points and no one in the store knows how to fix this. Great we can get points but not if we aren't able to use them.

I finally made it here for the first time. I got an açaí bowl and my husband got a smoothie. This is the only place in town with smoothies not filled with added sugar. The customer service was wonderful, and honestly is the reason why I’m leaving this review. Everyone is greeted when they come in. Service time was to be expected as there were only two workers, but still timely.
