Zero stars if that were an option. I discovered a piece of green cloth in my burrito. When I called the store to report this, I received no apology and was told the burrito was made perfectly. Finding foreign material in food is unacceptable, and the dismissive response made the situation even worse.

HORRIBLE!!! Staff won’t acknowledge you at counter, 20 minutes after placing a mobile order still waiting. There was only 1 table eating and zero cars in the drive thru. I would say between 7-10 employees in the back. The older black woman was heard saying obscenities, garbage all over near the drink machine. I’m the only one standing in line and instead and you’d think the employee who walks out with the completed order would ask if it’s mine before placing it on the shelf with the other mobile orders seeing as though I’m the only one in the place. She wouldn’t even glance in my direction. Had to then ask her to hand it to me and she was EXTREMELY rude. This location was recently remodeled and they have a serious water leak in the kitchen that they’re collecting with buckets, wonder how sanitary that is. Real classy joint.
EDIT: After leaving this review, my order was found to be wrong… walked into the store for a refund, the older black woman was the one who processed the refund. I gave no attitude and was polite, she was anything but. She gave was obviously annoyed that it was a mobile order paid with Venmo so she slammed the cash register open and gave me 2x the order amount in cash which seems to be the only upside of this experience.

All automated. Makes interaction with the staff less personable. Also with automation comes mistakes. The order screen had 3 choices of aqua refreshers to choose from. When our order was called out. No drink. The employee didn’t speak English and had to find someone who did who explained they were out of the office the flavor I chose. She then proceeded to list other flavors that weren’t the same as the order kiosk. Anyway, some bugs to iron out.

Quick and inexpensive. Large vegetarian menu options. I love the cheesy bean and rice burrito and the black bean crunchwrap supreme. We've tried the Mexican pizza, tostada, meximelt, and green burrito, too. I'm glad to see the caramel apple empanada back on the menu. I wish it was staying, although the price has gone up considerably... from $1.00 in the early 2000s to $2.99! It's still delicious, so we have bought them several times. What can I say? Nostalgia...

Thursday December 5 2024 at like 10pm check the shift and see who was working the drive thru cause that girl had an attitude for no reason and gave us a completely wrong order. If you’re gonna be that way at least get the order right.

Ordered the grill cheese burrito like I normally do and it either wasn’t prepared right or I got the wrong thing so I politely waited at the counter for a while until somebody could help me since the drive thru seemed pretty busy. When I did get help, the lady that helped me was incredibly rude and had the worst attitude I have ever received in fast food.
