My only two negatives are: the bottom of my tacos are soggy by the time I get home, and when I ask for no cheese they still put cheese on it.
Asides from that, it's Taco Bell, so it's great.

The food was terrible but I had low expectations for Taco Bell. It also took 45 minutes for us to get our food. I had it unpleasant feeling in my stomach the rest of the day.

Took my Mom to get dinner from somewhere she likes. She said the tacos weren't as good as other stores and the drive-thru service was very slow.

If you're feeling nostalgic for their newly introduced Decades menu, reviving favorites from the last 60 years, SKIP IT! It does not live up to the hype - employees today do not know how to re-create the deliciousness of the past!
Corporate marketing worked and got me in there to relive a favorite from the 90s - a meximelt! The ONLY reason I stopped! This location was a major disappointment, sadly.
Slow, disorganized, lazy employees and failed to make item correctly! The person who appeared to be the manager/supervisor was the only one who looked like they were working! Other employees were just standing around aimlessly or chatting. No wonder the order was prepared incorrectly. Unfortunately we did not notice until we got home and had to drive back .... Only to be told refunds can only be done in the app if ordered on the app. So, don't use the app! What a waste.
Mexinelts were ordered on the app, presuming a quick & efficient process. Eta for pickup was 218. Arrived at 225, asked for mobile order & it had not even been started. Waited as more people entered store and drive thru. FINALLY at 252 it was ready. Only to get home and see that the seasoned ground beef was MISSING from the mexinelts!!! In it's place, many awful tasting raw onions. Not to mention it was SMALL!!! Rolled up about the size of a finger ... Maybe 3 bites, sadly.
These used to be bigger, about the size of a hand, FILLED with ground beef, lots of cheese and fresh chopped tomatoes, wrapped up and hot and melty inside. This was nothing close! Not even warm and melty and no meat!! It was more like a mini soft taco. On top of that, $8.97 for 3 tiny melts!
So disappointing when you have a taste for something and it doesn't match up. My girls have bragged about how great this location was & this experience just solidified my resolve not to eat at Taco Bell.

This used to be my absolute favorite location to get taco bell, because the employees were so nice and they took care to make sure our orders were 100% correct and customized. Recently, there must have been a management change because all of that has gone downhill. Three of our 5 tacos had no meat at all??? Just lettuce and cheese in a tortilla, when they were speciality orders that cost extra! Additionally, I got a crunch wrap supreme in that same order today with black beans and seasoned rice, but took a bite to find it was all seasoned beef? Luckily I am not allergic to it, like my friend I go with, but that's totally unacceptable. Food substitutions are made for a reason, especially when they cost extra. I have food allergies, and don't feel comfortable going to this location anymore in fear of cross contamination. I love taco bell man, this makes me so sad :'(((
Vegetarian options: I ordered the vegetarian options, and they gave me all beef options without notice. Unfortunately, all the fillings were wrapped up, so I didn't know until after a bite.

Both of our beefy five layer burritos were 90% refried beans today. Hardly and meat sour cream or cheese. Every time we go there, roughly 3x a month, either our order is wrong, we’re missing straws, or we have to repeat our order several times into the mic. I want to have a better experience here!

We went once and they were catering to drive thru and letting folks inside wait 45 minutes! Meanwhile watching car after car leave with their lunch. Today we went in and ordered again hoping they were just having a bad staff day. Waiting for lunch we realize there is NO SAUCE. No hot, no fire, nothing. We like a lot of sauce on our tacos. Asked the staff and were told they had none. We asked to cancel our order and they actually stood there giving us a hard time! “Because of no sauce?!?!” YES Never again will we go to this one. Used to be awesome. Staff/management had changed FOR THE WORST!

I want to give more stars, and when they bring back our favorite foods that so rudely stop selling, I will absolutely give more stars. For example: Mexican pizza and rolled tacos.
Update: Mexican pizzas have come back, but it's been a couple of years since we've had rolled tacos.
