Its a diner, not exactly high expectations. I got the waffle with peanut butter chips with side of eggs and bacon. Eggs and bacon were cooked well. Waffle was soft and would ask for it to be crisp/well done next time. PB chips were horrible, skip. The servers were all very nice and attentive.
I loved this place it was so great and employees were amazing, loved the food obviously . I finished my food ? (I’m a picky eater so I don’t eat much things)
Visited Waffle House in Fuquay-Varina on March 1, 2024 at about 9:00pm. As I entered the restaurant, no one acknowledged me. I sat at the counter near the cash register. A young waitress walked by me twice but never offered to wait on me or even acknowledge my presence. After 20 minutes i simply walked out. A 30 year tradition of eating in hat restaurant is over. Service? Yeah right.

Very busy but the staff was polite and worked their way through it all.
Literal first day server. Ended up with ice milk and no water. Lol Poor guy. Hope he gets it. He was nervous, but attentive. Food is always on point.

Family member had an interview here this week. Scheduled for 3 pm. Prepares, drives the long distance to get there, and is 3 min early. Then told the manager is dealing with a payroll issue and can't do the interview ... come back in the morning. How completely unprofessional and classless! Of course did not return the next morning or ever again. Are these the kind of people you would want to work for? Don't work here or dine here ... they don't deserve it.
