I don't know why this restaurant can't get themselves together. One guy takes his time taking orders at the drive-thru, one lady is rude to everybody at the drive-thru. The only reason I go there is because my son likes their spicy nuggets.

Ordered a 10 piece only received 9 pieces. Apparently someone can’t count. I paid for 10 it took 15 minutes to get the food after ordering and they were cold. Not going to this Wendy’s anymore.

I've been sitting in the Drive-Thru line and watched two cars in front of me drive away. I waited 5 minutes, tHen I was told before I started my order to hold on again. When I finally drove away there was no one in the in line or at the window. The guy behind me got tired of waiting and left, too. I'd like to say this is an isolated incident but it happens frequently this time of day.

Never really had much of an issue before...wait times have been long before, sure...but today kind of sucked. The specific sandwich I went for, the girl got wrong. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich, she gave me a plain ole regular chicken sandwich...I ordered a regular coke, she gave me a cherry coke that kind of tasted like chemicals...I ended up throwing it away. I don't know if this girl was new or there was a language barrier, but today's visit was subpar.
Wait in line for 18 minutes, I want the crabby patty meal then got to the speaker to be told there would be a 25 minute wait on French fries 🍟?! When I asked can you substitute something in there place,we will have to charge the difference? Well done with that hole!

Went through the drive thru again today and had to add a picture of their fries from their website next to a pic of the fries that came with my order just now. LOL Wendy's should recruit the person from 5 Guys who decided to give people more fries than they can eat. 5 Guys gets 5 stars for sure. :-)
***Update 9/17/25***. Lowering to one star. Add extremely slow to the list. Literally 20 minutes to get food inside the empty dining room.

This is the slowest Wendys on the planet. I waited tonight at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes before the guy came back to take my order. The last two times they had me wait and then came out without all my food. I caught them the first time, but missed tonight and went home without a burger. This is 2024, not 2020. They need to get their drive thru figured out, but I won't go back there.
