When you walk into the restaurant, there is no acknowledgement that you are there. This has happened on several occasions. Not sure why I thought it would be different today. I just stood at the register for 3 minutes and not a single employee spoke to me or even looked my way. If you cant take two seconds to ar least acknowledgement my existence and tell me someone will be with me shortly, then you dont need my business. This is not the first time I have walked out of this Wendy's, but it will be the last.

Same experience as Jeffery’s review. Obviously management at night is a huge problem and needs to be reported at this point since no accountability is being taken.

We ordered (3) Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bags at 9pm after a long day. 2/3 of the burgers were missing bacon. The buns were hard, the burger patties were old and dry. We were shorted nuggets out of every meal, and they threw in old nuggets and mixed them between regular and spicy. The fries were old and cold. People are going to get sick. At this point obviously a report needs to be made to whomever is necessary since there is a few reviews about this situation in the last month or so and no acknowledgement by the owner or manager, and the issue is still persisting. Serving customers old food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and just tossing in whatever you have sitting around is not okay, and a health and safety issue.

Did drive through, not receipt paid cash realized my order was 20.23$. When I got home I did order through app to see cost and she overcharged me 6.00$. Called them and they said we see ticket and come back in for refund. She said she rang me up ala carte. I ordered combo. I said please write my name down and she said yes I did. I didn't ask for her name 2nd mistake, no receipt no name. I stopped back in and morning manager couldn't find a thing on it. She called general manager and she basically said no receipt no name. Sorry! Also I paid cash, so here to say, get a receipt and use a credit card so if any problems you can dispute.

8/23 around 10pm The whole order was wrong I'm sure they just throw random stuff in our order, bad service, bad actitudes burgers without lettuce really bad service is like they don't even care. If they can't even do a job this easy 😒 is sad for them.

Seems like they purposefully try to wait you out in the drivethrough so you will leave. There was no cars in line, and I sat in front of the speaker for 5 minutes bedore they took my order. All that waiting for a girl with an attitude and cold nuggets.

Multiple fails, service is horrible. Received someone else’s food, they were confused when we asked them to correct it and it was still missing items.

Worst Wendy's ever. The people working there are angry and mean. The food is cold every time. I've given enough chances. Im done! Corporate Wendy's needs to take care of this. Wendy's is one of the better fast food restaurants and this location is killing that.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. On multiple occasions I've been asked to wait more than 10 minutes. Today, the people never came back to the intercom to take our order and when I drove off, they were huddled up having a conversation at the drive thru window instead of working.
