Great and authentic food. Had me yearning for another trip to Cusco.

I had been to a couple of Alpaca Restaurants and I always enjoy it. Thise location is really nice. Service was great. The chicken, the yuca and the fries were delicious.

I ordered online and waited 30 min to get my food. The people at the window didn’t have it. I called and they had to look for it and told me to come inside to get it not the window. The people at the window couldn’t check to see where my food was instead made me wait 30 min.
I called and Alex ended up hanging up on me when I asked him why is the window people not checking for my order.
This is the 3rd time I ordered from them and mess up every time.
Terrible customer service.
Not ordering again from them.

On more than one occasion the Garner restaurant has left out items from my online order. It is not easy to check the bag at pickup because it is taped shut. Each time I have called to ask about my missing items they said they would call back, but never do.

The food is still good, but the service has become terrible. Especially when ordering togo food, it will often be 30 minutes later than they told you and almost every order is wrong so make sure to check everything before you leave

We just had a wedding catered by Alpaca Garner. Easy to work with, delicious food (obviously), prompt and gracious. HIghly recommend.

I always order the quarter chicken with salad and yuca fries. The cilantro-lime dressing is out of this world as well as the mustard-mayo that goes with the yuca.

Clean bathrooms, too!
