Awesome authentic Italian pizza place. Not super big but very cute! Food was delicious and the waiter was very friendly and acommidating! Definitely recommend to anyone who likes pizza!

The inside is clean and quaint. Customer service was fine. Wait time wasn’t awful, but we had managed expectations before walking in. Our pizza had to be remade due to an error, so a bit time consuming and frustrating, but it was good. Some of the pepperoni rolls were soft and yummy, but most were burnt and had a char taste on one side. I’d go back, but would have to have time/patience and check the order before leaving- all of it.

The gentleman at the register was very nice. You got two massive pieces of pizza, and a drink for a really good deal. Especially because the pizza slices were so big that I couldn't even finish one.

I’ve ordered from here before and the pizza is delicious, which is why this was disappointing. I called to place an order and was told the wait would be 35 minutes. When I said that might not work, I was hung up on mid-sentence. When I called back to cancel, I was told it was already canceled. Also, they don’t accept tap-to-pay, which is a downside. Great food, but customer service and payment options could be improved.

We ordered a gluten free pizza for pick up, when we got home, we realized the pizza wasn't gluten free, so I called the restaurant to make them know there was a mistake but the person in charge, Yolimar, did not want to accept their mistake and gave no solution to the issue. We ended up throwing the pizza as we can't eat anything with gluten. So be aware that once you have the order, there will be no solution neither a refund.

I called in yesterday around 7:30 for my pizza and went in and they hadn’t worked on it. I say this because YES THINGS HAPPENED! Do they deserve a bad review, NO! This is a small business that continues to provide exceptional service regardless of what happens! Please provide them some kindness if they haven’t worked on your order. Will not ever return here. Placed an order at 545 for pick up at 645. My husband went to pick it up and arrived at 650. He was told they haven't even started working on it yet. Well now its 730 and still not ready. Will it ever be cooked? Who knows. I dont even care how good or bad the food tastes, absolutely horrible customer service. They havent offered us anything after having to wait 45 minutes past our pick up time for 2 pizzas. $45 for two pizzas is too expensive to have this bad of an experience.
