Everybody's glad to see each other. Real friendly, comfy place. You can actually choose between hash browns and home fries. Great smoked sausage. They have rye bread, which is rare around here. You should go.

This is my third visit to Angie's. I cannot say good enough things about the. Great service, friendly staff, amazing food!!! Chicken liver was really well made. Chicken fried steak was fantastic. Place is always packed, but they definitely know how to manage the crown and not make you wait. I will keep coming.

You already know this place is good, why are you here in the reviews? Just go lol.
Prayers for one of my favorite waitresses. Jessica has been working there since it opened and has the best personality, friendly, and loveable person you can ever meet. You are so missed and you will come through this .

What a gem this place is with friendly staff and delicious food. Knowing that they close for the day at 2pm, I was expecting to be turned away when I arrived a little before 2pm. I had planned to be there much earlier in the day but my day didn't go as planned. I was warmly welcomed when I arrived and seated as were many others who arrived after me. I was hoping just to get something to go but I was glad I could dine there and take in the cozy decor. My drink order was taken immediately and I went with the Tuesday special of beef tips over rice. It came with two sides so that was the hard part deciding. I went with baked apples and fries. I've been craving fries lately. They added some hush puppies too. The whole meal was delicious and I even had to take some of it home as the portion was so generous. I will be back the next time I find myself near Garner.

My wife and I ate here on a brunch date today. It was quite busy from my perspective but we were nevertheless treated very cordially. The staff at Angie's are very friendly and are good at providing a home cooked meal. She enjoyed the chicken pastry special meal with green beans and baked apples considerably. I really appreciated the delicious eggs benedict, as I tend to be very picky about the taste of them. I'm only giving 4 stars, because the biscuits and gravy had a mild kick that hurt my stomach a bit later on that I took to go. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable dining experience.

It doesn't get any better than this! Best food in the area, plentiful servings and a staff that's unmatched by any other restaurant around. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and a throw back setting of "the good ole days". Thanks Angie and staff for all you do for this community. Everybody loves you guys.
