The worst Arby's I have been to in a long time. Only three people working and one was in training. I went to the drive thru, and no one greeted me or told me to wait to order. It was silent for 10 minutes. I decided to go inside and realized they were very short staffed. I watched as they argued amongst themselves and didn't pay attention to being sanitary as the cashier went from preparing food back to the cash register and back again. I saw the other food service employee with gloves on but not the cashier who seemed to be the one in charge. I received no service and refused to eat here after watching how the food was being prepared. I gave 2 stars for food only because Arby's are usually a good place to eat, but I want eat at Arby's if they are going to slack on sanitary food preparation. There were no stars for service because I was neither greeted nor served. The atmosphere was full of frustration on the part of the employees, and customers were restless, annoyed, and walking out. I will go back and give them another chance, because you can see the food preparation, and I can see what's going on with food preparation.

Nasty place on 3/3/2025!!! The employees that were there this night didn’t need to be working at any fast food place. Went in to order & music was up loud & im not talking about elevator music either. They were singing to the music & dancing around like they were at the club. Not one professional person in the building! We tried to order & he kept singing the whole time so we literally just walked out the door. Wasn’t worth being there . Will never return!

this is literally the second time I have ordered from the Arby's in Garner North Carolina and they have canceled my order both times because they ran out of roast beef what is going wrong with this restaurant . Im not understanding is how does a restaurant that's known for their roast beef run out of roast beef like this doesn't make any sense and then the manager she has no sympathy at all she don't care but I bet this will be the last time I ever go back to Arby's. Arby's was my favorite restaurant

I used to love Arby’s. The most recent times we’ve been here have been bad. They changed the sizes for drinks and fries. A large is now the old small.
Our fries taste like they were from yesterday and were reheated in a microwave. Hard and cold.
We ordered 7 sandwiches and 2 large fries and were given 2 Arby’s, 2 horsey, and 4 ketchup packets.
Our kids meal was also forgotten. Have you recently had a tell a kid they don’t have their kids meal when they’re hangry? Nothing is more upsetting than not getting what you ordered.
The sandwiches themselves did taste good though. If you go here, don’t order fries, or drinks, and verify you get what you ordered and you’ll be okay.

This is the second time in two months I had visited this place at about 7 pm and both times I was served raw meat on my sandwich… not cooked at all and the guest in front of me had the same problem…That manager and all employees need to be fired immediately and the store shut down because they were not working on fixing food but definitely had their mind elsewhere… and tried to explain it away but my roast beef was still freezing cold and never had any heat put to it…

Very disappointed I ordered the roast beef classic meal and their was hardly no meat on the sandwich Very flat I couldn't taste the meat. There was only 3 thin slices on the bread. I counted them. I could have made a bologna sandwich at home. Wasted 10.00 dollars

Love Arby’s food. Always good, BUT…. This past week I went in to place my order and the guy who took my order ( who acted like the last place he wanted to be was there) ask me what did I want. I started telling him and he stopped, turned to the side, pulled out his phone and answered a text then ask what did I say. Come on managers. Crack down on these young idiots and there obsession with their phones. Pathetic and piss poor look for the company.

It's been since covid that I've had Arby's mainly because the service was lacking so bad back then. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and patience the drive thru lady excuded because typically their quick to the point and don't have time to waste when taking your order,, it was refreshing and was gonna compliment her at the window until I get up there and they tell me that in addition to NOT having any curly fries, they're out of rootbeer.. lolol so 2 of the 3 items I specifically came for they did not have.. now I've never ran a fast food spot but I don't think any restaurants should ever allow themselves to run out of stock (maybe that's my own naive opinion) but I just paid $12 for two-thirds of a meal I didn't necessarily even want.. (does anyone else order the exact same thing every time?) All that to say, $12 is not worth what I came for.. Beef N Cheddar was good tho.. ??
