Good food, outstanding service, good atmosphere. What more could you ask for?

Stopped in to get a bite. The staff was somewhat friendly, though not very well organized. Was not busy except for to go orders that had been called in.my waitress was nice though a little scattered with other things.

Stopped here for breakfast while traveling through the area. Pancakes were definitely huge and could be split between two people. That said, it was an average experience. Loved the decorations.

Definitely not a place to return. Menu is all over the place and meal options force you to add a la carte items driving up the price. Not one meal option gives you eggs/meat/potatoes so you have to piece together from the menu. The menu also has NO kid options so again forced to a la carte stuff driving up the price. My French toast was soggy/raw inside and not good at all. Very mid experience and left completely dissatisfied after spending $70 for myself, my wife, and toddler. Crazy

We have been coming to Big Ed’s for a long time, but this morning the hostess was rude when we asked for a certain waitress. Lynette and JP are awesome, but the hostess’s and the manager are not. P.S. - please don’t let Warren leave again. He makes the best eggs.

Horrible....Omelet was raw on the inside & crunchy on the outside. The french toast was mushy. Cantaloupe was good. service was good. Will not be back. Tried twice, shame on me.

Had a lovely, tasty burger served attentively by JP.
Although it took a while to come, they brought me a biscuit to snack on, and apologised for the wait.
It was worth it!
My son & daughter enjoyed their omelette & eggs with ham.
All round, a pleasurable experience.

I will never in my life go back to that place. They’re very racist and it’s sad. Salmonella poisoning food was undercooked very nasty and was hospitalized For two days called to speak with Marcus about the situation Marcus is rude, obnoxious disrespectful, and shouldn’t even be a manager at that establishment. They’re not gonna stay in business for a long time. I will be Contacting a lawyer

We enjoyed our visit to Big Ed's Garner Restaurant. It was easy to get there, and there was plenty of parking. In spite of the fact that the line was out of the door, we were still seated fairly quickly. The staff was relaxed but professional and helpful. We tried eggs, biscuits, bacon, spiced apples, turkey sausage, and home fries. They deep fried the bacon for us so that it would be nice and crispy. The spiced apples were excellent - perfectly cinnamony. The biscuits were only okay. They tasted like premade biscuits, though I didn't ask. They weren't bad, just not great either. All of the other food was excellent. Prices are reasonable, too. We hope to go back!!

I ordered the Ribeye and eggs and the food was cold, ask for the Mgr and he said he found it hard to believe my steak was cold. My friend's food was cold as well. He did not apologize and was non cholant about it. He seemed not to care. Totally unprofessional and it will be a while before I go back there.

I order the country ham with two eggs scrambled well done and grits. My friend ordered the ribeye steak with two eggs over easy and grits. My country ham came out cold not warm but cold my friends ribeye steak came out cold as well as his eggs over easy were cooked hard. I put the country ham on my toast and made a sandwich. I took one bite and it was cold. Took another small bite on the other side of the sandwich and it was also cold. I asked for a new piece of fresh cooked country ham and the kitchen manager refused to give me a new piece of freshly cooked ham. After asking to speak to the manager, he said he wasn’t going to give me a New piece of ham after I had already eaten half of the cold piece. We come to this restaurant pretty much weekly and I was just very very disappointed in the way we were treated today. Definitely unacceptable when we were clearly in the right. Will not be coming back to this restaurant anytime soon.
