This is the best Biscuitville in the area! The people are amazingly friendly, service is fast and the food is consistently really good. Try the blueberry muffins....you'll never go back to another! Jay is the sweetest kid that works there. Always ready with a smile. So is the young lady that works with him. Great place!

Saddest biscuit ever :( We've not gone to this location in a while because it's expensive for a 6 person family! Well, we weren't too impressed today. I'm disappointed. Biscuitville is a treat for us. We'll probably drive out to the Clayton location next time we treat ourselves.

Hello I came this morn, I ordered the Cuban, sausage and egg, and bacon egg cheese, and hash brown casserole. Egg was overcooked, and I did not receive my Cuban. Hashbrown casserole was overly salty and tastes frozen. Pretty dissatisfied with this morning š¢

If I could give -0 stars I would, I went to Malibu drive location in garner on Friday. I ordered a platter with the eggs scrambled with cheese, well I got the platter the cheese was sitting on the eggs, so me being new to biscuitville I donāt know the procedures as far as the eggs go, I get my food and I open it to look at everything and I see the cheese sitting on top of the eggs, so I go back through the drive through and I ask the lady that took my order if they scramble the cheese inside the eggs, a completely different person respond and saysā Iām the one that made your food and no we donāt scramble your eggs like you do at homeā okay her tone along with the comment was very unnecessary. She proceeds to say she told me that and I told her she didnāt tell me anything because she didnāt take my order, she says yes I did, the lady that took my order her voice was more pleasant, you could clearly tell the different. I drove around and this lady had the nerve to snatch my receipt out of my hand, asked for the food I told her if she was gonna snatch the food I would bring it inside and put it on the counter she said she wasnāt and did exactly just that, she snatched the bag out of my hand, now Iām pissed because that was rude, so disrespectful and it was not that serious, I told her all of this and I told her that Iām a new customers here trying out things and was asking a genuine questions, so I was hurt with her behavior and my hurt turned in to me being upset because it was unnecessary. I told the mgr and he did absolutely nothing. I recorded her and have been trying to get in contact with their corporate office since Friday and no returned phone call as of you, you never know what people are going through and snatching things out of peoples hands could really trigger someone in the future so I wonāt ever go there or neither will any of my family I am still very much upset smh, I have never in my 47 years had someone do that to me

I wish biscuitville was closer. The food and atmosphere makes me feel like i was in grandma's kitchen again eating breakfast biscuits. We had the country fried steak and egg biscuit combos. They were great the biscuit is light and fluffy and fresh out of the oven. They are butter and taste just like grandma made them. There is real cheese and egg, real! The fried steak patty tasted so fresh and it was filling. You felt like you ate a full breakfast. The fries were enjoyable well seasoned. The grits were OK, we are use to milk in our grits but they were good. The hash browns casserole was the greatest breakfast invention to hit ever, cheese, sausage gravy. And potatoes what more do you need as side. The food was so good we came back the next day before we went back to Maryland. The food and staff are great.
