If I could give it 0 starts, I would. When trying to purchase a family deal, the app would not allow us to place an order, saying the restaurant had “too many orders.” The manager of the store would not make that right, giving us the advertised price, after their technology is what prevented us from being able to complete the order. Terrible customer service. We have enjoyed their pizza many times in the past, but they have lost us as customers for life now.

The pizza I ordered was a sloppy mess!!! I asked them to recook it. It wasn't any better!! I used to really like BLAZE PIZZA. but the last 2 times were bad!!! Try somewhere else!!!!

Horrible experience! After waiting for an hour for our pizza I was told it was going in the oven next. Spoke with the manager and she had an attitude when I asked her to refund my money because I had to go back to work. Manager does not care about their customers! Will never go back

Decent pizza, quick service and friendly staff. I was disappointed today to find out they discontinued their red vine pizza but chose the herbivore pizza instead and was pleasantly surprised. The blood orange lemonade however was DISGUSTING, literally like drinking liquified sour patch kids and the dining area was filthy. Recommend if you’re in a pinch and want take out.

Ok, I’m going to try my best to make this review as short as possible. Initially we ordered delivery on their website cheesy bread and a pizza. It was delivered by door dash. It was cold and the order was slightly incorrect. They also forgot one of our drinks. We called and spoke to Tara. She told us to stop by at our earliest convenience and we could get the order remade. We came to the store two days later and Tara remembered my name. I was impressed from the start. She told us to order whatever we like and also gave us our drinks. We even got to switch out the cheesy bread for the cinnamon bread. Long story short thank you Tara for your above and beyond customer service we will continue to frequent this location due to your customer service as a manager!

Saturday night, 11/10/24 was a train wreck! Though they have always been slow, the line did not move at all for very long periods. We ordered 4 pizzas and a salad. As i watched 8 online orders were injected in between our orders which separated our pizzas by as much as 10 minutes. Since is was in line so long, I had the chance to observe a number of things; The guy pressing dough was wearing a gross, way over used mask, but let his very long beard hang over the dough. The prep area had not been cleaned off for a long time. Food was all over the floor, and it was an absolute pain in the employee’s behind to do anything to your pizza. Once i got to the register, nobody would ring me out, The papers with the orders completely covered the counter behind both registers. Waited at least 10 minutes at the register. Next, I am not going to start on the bathroom, because if your food prep area is gross, you know the bathroom is. The drink area is always a wreck, it is in a terrible place and right beside the bathroom in a skinny hallway. Not one table was wiped down , well not by an employee, the whole 2 hours i was stick there. And…..why are the chairs so dang loud????
The pizza overall is pretty good but with other places where you can get more for your money you would think the employees would be a little bit more professional then to laugh and giggle at their customers choices of pizza

I gave this place a few opportunities but I will absolutely not be going back due to the lack of cleanliness. They are preparing pizza on MOLDY ( I'm talking black, white, green, and pink) wooden boards. The whole place smells, and they are wholly unconcerned about keeping things clean. They can't keep enough staff to run the place. it's a real shame because I really like blaze pizza normally.
