Today we went and got breakfast on our way back home, the young man at the window was very kind. He dropped our food by accident, and the manager was so rude to him, she yelled at him in front of a customer. She could have nicely been like “can you please go grab” instead of yelling at him in front of the customer. The young man was very nice to us but the manger she was rude to me and my fiancé as well. We enjoyed our breakfast but staff needs to be worked on!

I went through the drive thru today and I'm not familiar with this restaurant. When ordering it was very hard to hear. I ordered the new bojangler fish sandwich because it sounded good on TV. However, I didn't expect it to be so spicy a main reason I rarely eat here. Also the tartar sauce was overpowered with pickle which is unusual for tartar. When asked the gentleman asked for my 2 sides. Not being familiar I trusted this and ordered mashed potatoes then fries. At no time did the gentleman mention it was only 1 side and correct me to check that I wanted something extra. I also asked for very little ice in my iced tea. When I got to the window I was told I asked for the extra side. I didn't raise a fuss but was upset. Then as I started my drink there was excessive ice and almost no tea. When I checked the receipt the requested little ice wasn't listed. Due to everything being excessively spicy including the new sandwich, the drink order being wrong and being overcharged because I "added" something extra which wasn't the case I won't be returning.

This place needs to either shut down or fire 98% of its staff and rehire competent people who actually care. This is the second time in a couple days I’ve gone to this location and both times my drive through order has been wrong. When I look over as I’m at the window there’s 8 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing! The job is not that damn hard, I’ve done it. The problem is they don’t care and employers don’t care either. They just want people who will show up. This company or at least this location is the worst. Do not go here unless you want the wrong food!

Chicken cold and skin hard. My biscuit cold. i tried to eat because I paid for it. The strawberry jelly and honey were the best thing I got after a long day at work and hungry. I got 2 cold biscuits at that..Im gone give the rest to my dog to see if she want it..smh

The storm limited staff and there was a lot of bickering between the staff about who was responsible for what duty. This was in front of customers waiting to order. The kitchen was behind in prep and the food was only warm at best. Not the usual positive results we see at Bojangles.

First time eating breakfast here this morning. Originally from Oklahoma, so I wasn't expecting huge tots. It was quick, and the food was hot. My only complaint is that the oil tastes like onions on the tots. The biscuit sandwich had a similar taste, like the oil they used wasn't fresh. I still enjoyed it, it just didn't seem super fresh in the cooking process.

The young workers in drive-thru has given me lukewarm fresh. When I ask for hot and I order 2p dark and get one dark and one white. This has happen 2 time. And I ask every time r the frys hot and they say yes.

This is the 2nd Bojos we tried to eat at today in the Raleigh,NC area. The first one was so over crowded we left. But this one was a gem! I have never seen a Bojangles with such fancy wood work and stainglass! It was very busy, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The food! Wow! For fast food,, and a busy place, this was exceptional. Blueberry biscuits, excellent. Bacon, egg, and chees, excellent! Sausage, gravy biscuit, crazy good, and had a sausage patty! The only thing they did not have was Blueberry cookies. And when they forgot the eggs on one of the biscuits they made another fast, and we got to keep the wrong one.I ended up with the bonus bacon egg chees , and it had a mound of great bacon.
