I’m honestly done giving this location the benefit of the doubt. Every single time I order takeout or through DoorDash, they manage to get my order wrong. Missing items, wrong sauces, and sometimes completely different meals show up. It’s beyond frustrating when you spend good money and can’t even count on them to follow a simple order. Consistency and accuracy clearly aren’t a priority here. I won’t be ordering again until they figure out how to get it right

Buffalo a wild wings that's a bunch of new appetizer deals. It's freaking awesome nine dollars for unlimited appetizers like what can't you love literally? lauren was absolutely amazing, beautiful. Small, beautiful person definitely treated us like family and we'll definitely come back good attitudes. Good service, good quality. That's what good business means.

Wow in reading some of the reviews it seems like the complaint I had with this establishment is spot on especially when it refers to an individual working at the bar who apparently is not aware of her biases or is culturally competent. It’s funny how a previous review echoed the exact same thing and I’m almost certain it’s the same rude nasty attitude woman I had and I’m putting it nice because it’s other names I could call her. Note to this rude bartender when you work in a profession where you interact with different races check your attitude and biases at the door!! She had the nerve to ask me for an id but not the Caucasian couple when I questioned her about it she runs and gets whom I’m assuming was the manager which was nice however the damage had been done however I listened but I don’t need excuses or pacifying I know what I saw and experienced and according to a review posted previously I may be right!! Needless to say this was my first and last time at this establishment. The service was garbage and not up to par period. I feel this place of business need to educate some staff on cultural awareness it could be very beneficial and a much needed teachable moment for some!!

Went there for lunch with a friend. The place was at about 10% capacity which should've told me something. It took forever for our waitress to take our order. When she did, we found out that even though a fountain drink came with the boneless wing meals, sodas weren't available. We asked if we could get a bottled soda and she said that she couldn't do that. The only option available was tea. Long story a little shorter, we were in here for over 1.5 hours to get overcooked, undersauced wings with drinks we didnt even want. I can't recomend this place at all. It seems very poorly run. I couldn't even tell if there was a manager around, but if there was, then I wouldn't say they were managing anything.

I have to say, i try to find something positive but this was bad. The last 3 times over a year and a half has horrible food after another but today was the worse. The fries tasted days old and the caribbean jerk tasted like medicine of all things! Truly do not recommend. BWW was a place i used to hold dear to my heart as a veteran and a sports fan. This BWW is abysmal and needs to be closed or under new management. Disgusting. And to charge 40 dollars on top of that is just wild.

Horrible experience there today. I’ve been there so many times even spoke with a mgr about how nice he was once. Today there was a different girl at the bar and mgr. The bartender asked me for ID of course I told her I didn’t have it and that I had never shown one before. I get it…she still needs to see it but Before I could get out I was gonna run to my car she says can’t serve you without one and walks away. Like rude. I walk to get my food bc that’s all I was waiting on and tell the mgr she’s a real joy. He goes to the bar and speaks to her then comes to ask me what happen. I tell him and say I guess if I was a white guy maybe she would have treated me better. ( bc that’s all that I saw at the bar, and mind you she took forever even coming to me, not to mention she also didn’t seem like she wanted to serve me.) He gets all in his feels walks away saying now we are racist:..no not you maybe her. Or judging me based on how I’m dressed. I say, can I just get my money back bc at this point they are both rude. He refused to give me my money back. I explained I no longer want to eat here or used my hard earned dollars on TWO rude people. Needless to say he refused to come to the front and spoke about me to the staff as I’m literally asking for my money back. Dude looked over it before he even spoke to me. I’m not surprised. See pictures below of me with no food. Or money. AGAIN I REPEAT I LEFT MY FOOD BC I DONT EAT WHAT RUDE PEOPLE DELIVER. SO THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND THEIR FOOD. They had the “please seat yourself” sign up and we sat at a table. Made eye contact w all the servers and we watched them tend to all their tables, one being the adjacent table, and none of the servers made an attempt to greet us. Saw the servers talking at the POS system on our way out after we decided to leave. Reviews are consistent w terrible service. Table was gross too, don’t even bother coming here if it’s not packed cuz they won’t care if not.

First and last time at this establishment!! Food was good but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. When we sat down I had a “welcome to the neighborhood” gift certificate because I just moved to the area (which was the only reason I was even there). The server (Destiny) was absolutely rude about it because I had questions since the certificate didn’t have any rules or regulations on it. I had to ask a few times because she never really answered my question. Just cut me off and asked if I was going to order. Then I asked for a few things that I never got like extra sauce and I asked multiple times for it. Our drinks were never refreshed even though they were low. Then to top it off at the end of the night she didn’t even say anything after taking my payment just walked over set the card on the table and walked away. I didn’t even know she had done so because I was looking the other way dealing with my kid and when I looked up my card was on the edge of the table. No receipt. No thank you for coming. No have a great day. Nothing. I had to get up and ask for a copy of my receipt. Little does she know the $15 I saved with the coupon I was going to give to her for a tip plus the standard 20% but clearly she didn’t get it because I never even got a receipt to sign/tip. If this is the type of service they have at this establishment I advise you stay VERY FAR AWAY! Cuz service is clearly not their top priority.

The food tastes absolutely amazing and the workers are very nice. The food gets prepared very fast and they bring it to your table within 10 minutes. The live games on the TV are also really fun to watch while eating.
