Appetizers were horrible. Some of the pretzels were so hard you couldn't bite them. Brought some more and they were cold. Spoonful of ice in the beverages. Claimed ice machine was broke. Guess it would be too much to ask for a manager to go get some bags of ice. Just learn how to drink hot tea,sodas and water. Has been 2 years since I went to BWW and hope I never go there again. Service was so-so. Multiple tables open but packed us in a corner with a large party and other full tables. Absolutely pitiful

Ignored by staff for over ten minutes then the woman walks over and just stares at me, I ask for my order and she shoves it at me and walks away. That attitude will get you nowhere in life, from somebody who waits tables I'm disgusted. 1 star.

Had a terrible experience with Caitlyn/Kaitlin/Kate Lynn however the waitress’ name is spelled- a blonde gal with blue highlights. Aforementioned person abandoned our table for about a half hour, then I had an emergency and had to step out for about 5-10 minutes with my buddy. When my friend and I got back, our food got thrown out. My buddy only had two bites of his American Burger… I don’t really care about the two Mozzarella sticks that got thrown out from my order I just don’t understand how it’s acceptable for Buffalo Wild Wings to have a waitress abandon a table for 30 minutes and not give customers 10 minutes of leeway in case an issue arises… I tipped $3 out of an $8 tab but I honestly don’t feel like the waitress really deserve anything, I was just being nice because I want to be welcome in the future… When we got back inside I ordered another beer and got my check, however, my friend didn’t and she told a manager that she did give him his check. After I ordered my beer and paid my check we stepped outside for a second and I left my drink inside, however, a manager came rushing at my friend asking him to pay the check the waitress never gave him- which is why when he went back inside the check got printed. She and most of the rest of the staff had the audacity to laugh at my friend because he didn’t tip even though she abandoned us and was being lazy leaning against the computer instead of checking in on us as her customer service job entails? Please just be happy with the $3 I gave you… However, If management could better train waiters to manage situations like these it would be appreciated…….. 4 stars for the Mozz sticks 1 for the service (0 if I could) and 2 for the atmosphere 🤙🏽 because in the big picture of things the waitress only came to our table once in the two-plus hours we were there, she didn’t bother to clean up our table as soon as she realized we were gone and also rushed to the manager when she felt she was being robbed even though she isn’t truly entitled to anyone’s extra tip money…

Timeliness of food; unprofessional management; don’t order on Super Bowl Sunday if you intend to watch the game at home and enjoy your food. My children and I waited for 1-1/2 hours past our set pickup time. We have come to this location for 17 years. They permanently lost our business due to their lack of professional skills in conflict resolution and poor customer service.

A very good restaurant/sports bar for wings and burgers. The atmosphere is nice.The service was outstanding. Our server, Desiree, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. The selection of wing sauces and dry rubs is very impressive. The beer menu is exceptional. The Wings and Mushroom Swiss Burger is very good. The Bacon Hatch Chile Burger is outstanding if you like a little heat. We will be back.
