My five star rating goes to Israel (manager) and his team. The food and cleanliness is above board, keep it up and give that man more money. Before he started there the food was not that great, but he has brought it back to quality and taste.

Bulbox in Garner, NC is hands-down one of my favorite spots! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the flavor, presentation, and overall experience. I’ve had the Seoul Box, Spicy Miso, Bulgogi Fries, and Hangover Fries — and let me tell you, the food is consistently amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. It’s clear that they put love into every dish.
The customer service is next level. Israel (the manager) and Rebecca have gone above and beyond anytime I’ve had a question — their warmth and professionalism are part of what keeps me coming back.
The restaurant itself is super clean with a chill, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal.
I recommend Bulbox to literally everyone I know — and I’ll keep doing it. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. Go treat yourself!

This place is absolutely amazing. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and it is so good. All my favorite flavors. I'm so picky about asian food and this is done right. Also got bulgogi spring rolls and dumplings. Fresh and fast.

This review is purely for their “ramen” that they added to the menu. I usually get their bowls, which are really good, but wanted to try something different. BIG Mistake. I got their pork ramen and it is literally some of the blandest, watered down food you will ever eat. For ramen, I have my regular place that I go to but I learned today to stick with it. Such a waste of money. I stress again that this is purely for the ramen. Everything else is pretty good to me.
Same day update: my wife found this piece of plastic in her food!!!!

Omigod, I’m so full I could pop. I got the Seoul Box and some dumplings and both were stellar. Flavors were strong and crisp. I have a good third of my box left, I couldn’t finish! This was a wonderful place to stop in the food hall, and I will eat here again if I’m anywhere near it.

After having a slight issue with our initial order I contacted the company directly because we all know that people are too quick to write a negative review nowadays; the manager Israel texted me within 10 minutes asking me about my experience. After a brief discussion he invited me to come back and he would make it right. I wasn't able to go back until the following week but when I walked in, Israel greeting me and was more than generous in expressing his utmost apologies for the initial mistake. After talking with him it is really great to hear how involved Bul Box is in the community and how even though they are technically a chain restaurant, they still have that down home feel. The food, well the food is absolutely incredible. Their menu may look small but with the attention to detail and quality, plus the option to BYOB (Build Your Own Box), the possibility are endless and I can promise you that you will not be disappointed. If you on the fence about going, take the leap and go! Be sure to ask for Israel when you get there and I can assure you that your overall experience will be top notch!!
