For what you're getting it's WELL worth the price. They've got plenty of options for if you might be vegetarian *not sure about vegan though*. All the workers were really nice! I tried Bul Box for the first time yesterday while in Garner and it was great! We ordered online which was easy and so simple to walk through the website and customizations of making your own. I received a text when my food was ready to be picked up and was able to grab it and go from the to-go station. I don't normally eat at a restaurant like this because I am extremely picky but this food was PHENOMENAL. I am sad there isn't one closer to work or my house!! The food tasted great, was fresh, put together nicely as well. 10/10 recommend you try this place!

I have had Bul Box through Postmates before but yesterday was the first time I went into the restaurant to dine in. Israel was so welcoming and you can tell he really cares about the customers coming in. He gave me several recommendations from sauces to sandwiches to drinks. I got a BYOB with salmon, brown rice, avocado, corn, pickles onions. It was so delicious and fresh. The customer service alone would be enough to make me good back. Looking forward to trying a new chicken sandwich next time.

The food quality was impeccable, as I’ve experienced at the e Raleigh location in the past, and it was made very quickly.The reason I’ll return to this location forever is because of how well I was treated when I stopped in with my 2 toddlers for my birthday dinner. I ordered my usual but was trying to figure out what I could get my kids when Israel let me know he can make anything for my kids, and listed items (kind of like a secret kids menu) and for an extremely reasonable price I ordered plain fries and noodles for my toddlers. When handing us out food he mentioned he added a box of rice as well! We chatted for a bit and I have never met a kinder man. This is going to be a staple on our list of kid friendly places to eat out at.Kid-friendliness: Israel made it so easy to find items (off menu) for my toddlers to eat. We ordered plain fries, noodles, and he threw in rice as a thank you for stopping in. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

On a whim, we ordered for pick up. Initially, I had scoffed at the price, but my wife has dietary restrictions, and options are limited in the area. We were pleased to see that most of the menu items were safe for her! She's a huge fan of Teriyaki sauce, and it's gluten free here!The order was ready promptly, and the servings are massive. I had the Ramen, and my wife built her own bowl. We each had enough left over for a second filling meal.We will return!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly

We finally have a good restaurant in Garner that is delicious and affordable. This food is excellent and I could not happier with the quality and the portions. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy this type of dish.
This was my first time eating here. I don't have much experience eating Asian food, so the menu was a bit intimidating. Thankfully, the lady working the register was very knowledgeable and helpful. The food was amazing and so full of flavor. The ginger chicken and crab salad were my favorite flavors out of the two bowls that we got. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The price is definitely worth it. The atmosphere is colorful and it was very clean. We waited only about 10 minutes for our food once ordered. The whole experience was five stars. We will definitely be returning in the future and recommending this place to our friends.

Tried Bul Box at White Oak for the 1st time today and loved it!!! I got the Bulgogi Fries and it was love at 1st bite! I ate the whole thing!! The beef was tender and delicious and I loved the fried egg! I'm a little intimidated by the menu bc there are A LOT of bowls to choose from, but you can customize and make it your own. The service was excellent and friendly! Our food came out pretty quick and hot! The restaurant itself was spotless and had plenty of seating.
